Stayed here for 4 nights. Room was nice except no king size bed which is normal in Japan.
There are many restaurants and I tried Japanese, Italian, Buffet, club lounge, Seafood market and Teppanyaki, and still failed to try 2 restaurants which are Chinese and French. Nice beach and strong sunshine, I got sun burned on the first day after swimming in the sea. I did charted sea fishing cruise which was interesting experience and I did fish a small funny looking fish. Also, I played mini golf in the hotel. So many activities to do, so don't worry to be bored.
The only negative point about this hotel is that staffs don't speak English well, so if you don't speak Japanese, you will have trouble in communicating with staffs. The price is not cheap at all. Sadly, dislike other luxury beach resort, there is no food and beverage service at the beach.

I came here on my birthday with my husband and it was really struggle to leave. I LOVE EVERYTHING in Busena. It's one of the best resort I have been on the island. It is spacious, clean and have an amazing view and that includes watching the sun setting.

They know how to make guests feel comfortable and relax. If you are looking for relaxing romantic getaway, this is perfect for you but just warning you it's very pricey but it's all worth it.

We were there for a conference but the Busena Terrace is special for so many reasons...... the private beach, the variety of restaurants offering different cuisines, the underwater observatory, conference facilities......the sunrises. There is also the spa. We did not go out for a boat ride as it was a little choppy but looks fun if good weather.

Room Tip: Try for an ocean view suite or it defeats the purpose of being at a beach resort!

The hotel itself is ok as is the small beach in front of it. The main problem with the place is that it is miles away from anything. Even buying a simple yoghurt or some snacks requires taking a taxi. The prices on hotel property are 2x to 3x of the averages elsewhere.

If you decide to stay there, get the ocean view rooms on a higher floor. The rear rooms are facing an ugly parking lot.

I spent 5 days for a conference. Although most of the week was rained out, whatever hours of sunshine we had were spectacular. The views from the hotel (as well by the side of the nearby road along which I went jogging) are spectacular. The hotel has three restaurants and excellent choices for breakfast (the Japanese set menu was particularly good). There is free WiFi in the lobby but not in all the rooms (but rooms do have ethernet).

The staff have trouble with English, as it seems to be the case in Japan in general. I felt bad when even simple questions (like asking for the shuttle bus timetable) seem to cause minor panics and hectic activity.

The outside pools and beach are open only between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm and this is followed strictly. When we tried to swim in the sea on the only sunny day during our stay, we were kicked out because it was already 6:30 pm (never mind it was still light)!

We chose luxurious suite, and it's comfortable and quite enough to let you put everything behind, and just relax, the staff are always very friendly (the service in Japan is always thoughtful), the food i good especially the teppanyaki restaurant.

It is a little far from Naga, but who needs to go to the city in a resort like this. Great place to relax and enjoy if you plan a vacation, but expensive. If you want to pamper yourself and want to spend the money, could be a good choice. Hope the weather helps if you plan to stay. It is warm and rain unpredictable. Stayed on this hotel for a company event. First time trip to Okinawa and Busena Terrace was a great stay. Rooms are spacious, huge for what you find in Tokyo, big difference. All installations are spotless, clean, nice and well maintained. All restaurants have excellent food. Buffet restaurant has something for everyone regardless you like western or Japanese food. I got an ocean view room and the view was fabulous, romantic and breathtaking sunsets.
This hotel has beautiful private beach and beautiful indoor/outdoor pools. Just walking around the beach and pool area, will make you feel relaxed. Hotel staff, from front desk to concierge, housekeeping, restaurants, are so polite, friendly, and detailed.

Room Tip: Book an Ocean view room if you can. Awesome view
