We stayed at this hotel during our first trip to Japan. The staff was very professional and overwhelmingly pleasant, although English skills were limited (except for one girl from the reception with very good English). Private baths can be booked for free at a hourly basis. The one we used was big and very clean. Also the other facilities were in very good shape and quite modern.
To sum up, we really loved staying there and had a really good, traditional Japanese experience.
