One night stop over. Very clean and comfortable hotel and room, asked for a quiet room and got one at rear near car park, only to have MG owners club turn up at Midnight with 20+ cars , all wanting to talk about their cars. Had dinner and breakfast at adjoining restaurant, food and service very good, bar area well used, seating area a bit scruffy and sticky. price for room very good at 39 pounds. excellent position to visit south downs and Eastbourne area.

Check in was great although we werent told that to operate the lights you had to use a card.the other thing is the room didnt have a phone i had told my son that if there were any problems at home to ring and they would put him through to the room, so i wasnt happy about that, apart from that the room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful parking was good and there is a mcdonalds and a petrol station with a 24 hour coop nearby i would definately stay here again

Excellent hotel. Good sized clean rooms, with free wifi access for 30 mins. It was hot and no AC but there was a fan which was quiet so sleeping was Ok with the fan on. We had a family room and the beds and travel cot were comfortable and clean. Good choice of pillows. No complaints overall. Booked late so was expensive for room only, I thought. The hotel was quiet and we had not noise disturbance from inside or outside the hotel. Good breakfast as always, and good value when travelling with children. If not with children, I think it is a little pricey.

Our room looked as if it had been recently refurbished and was in an excellent decorative and clean state.
The staff were curtious and helpful.
It was very handy for the wedding we were attending
The "Table Table" pub and restaurant adjacent to the hotel served a very good breakfast. Staff were friendly in the bar and restaurant area.

I stayed here this weekend (2nd-3rd August) with my boyfriend and a big group of our friends for a wedding nearby and had a very enjoyable stay. Rooms were very spacious, both room and bathroom were very clean, free tea and coffee in the room, staff were very pleasant and let us check in 2 hours before actual check in time as our room was ready. Very enjoyable stay and very impressed for the very low price we paid.

Room Tip: Book a few months in advance if possible to get the very cheap prices

This was our first time of staying at a Premier Inn and we would definitely book here again! As a family of 4, comprising 2 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 8 years, we had a 3 night stay in a family room and found it perfectly suitable as a base, which is all we required. The beds were comfy and the room was immaculately clean and very well maintained.
My initial concern was that due to the hotels location, near to the Polegate bypass, it may be noisy due to the traffic. However, our room was at the rear of the hotel and we heard no traffic noise at all! Staff at this hotel were all welcoming and friendly at all times.
We had also booked breakfast for the duration of our stay, we found this to be excellent! Breakfast was served in the Treacle Mine restaurant opposite the Inn.
We wouldn't hesitate in booking to stay here again!
