Stayed in this cottage for a week with my husband and grandson, and loved it.
Cottage is decorated and furnished to a high standard, kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, built in oven, microwave and fridge.
Position of the cottage is great, end one in a row of 7,so ideal for fishing right outside the door ,and good view of the Broads .
Highly recommend

My daughter & I recently had a short break at Sandringham Cottage. It was very clean & well appointed. Everything looked new including the kitchen & bathroom. There were some lovely homely touches too. The location was excellent right by the water's edge in the centre of Wroxham & even though the weather was not good we could sit & watch the world go by from the cottage & also visit the local the area. We will certainly be back to explore more.
