I spend a few months a year in Cesme and this summer have been delighted to discover Yucca. It is a lovely small hotel and a hang-out place, just steps away from Alacati's port and surf. I have found it an amazing spot to pass an occasional evening of music and wine, or an afternoon with a book and tea. Yucca has been tastefully designed, and certain to please the fans of simple, modern, yet stylish. With the jazz festival and regular concerts held there, Yucca has an urban, arty and lively feel on one hand. On the other, it offers the serenity befitting the proximity of an Aegean village Alacati. Yucca's wonderful lush garden enjoys the sea breeze from Alacati bay and the cool music of dj Bora. Yucca is great to visit wether with friends or alone. The hospitality of Yucca's owners, Elfin and Baris, is amazing and I have loved our conversations about art, gardening and Turkey.

An amazing place to stay. I was traveling solo to Alacati to windsurf and this was the perfect spot. The rooms and common areas are simple, but very tastefully decorated. Yucca has an amazing garden in the back where they serve amazing Turkish breakfasts every morning. Also creates a great atmosphere to hang out and meet other travelers. Baris and Elfin, who run the hotel are amazing - they really went out of their way to make my trip as comfortable as possible, even getting me discounts for windsurfing lessons nearby. As a solo traveler, they were extremely welcoming and in fact I spent several evenings hanging out with them and their friends - they really took me in and showed me the region through a local's eyes - an experience you rarely get. Strongly recommend Yucca as a place to stay for anybody traveling to Alacati/ Cesme.

We have stayed at Yucca for a weekend getaway. I've been going to Cesme/Alacati region for a long time, but since I have found this hotel it feels more cozy to me than any other place. This guesthouse, calling it a hotel would ruin the friendly feeling, has just what you need to spend a simple, relaxed holiday, with friendly staff, especially the owners, good selection of music, and a fine taste of books. If you're lucky there's a live jazz band playing at Saturday evenings, in addition to Alacati Jazz Festival which is hosted by Yucca. A nice bar on a grassy backyard and refreshing cocktails creates the finishing touch to a long day at the beach.

We stayed here 4 nights with friends in beginning of June 2012. It was a great stay, the rooms are really cute, well designed, furnished and clean. It has a wonderful backyards where you can spend your evening relaxing and listening to good music, chilling on the hammock.
Very close to the beach and the Port, and with the bus you can easily reach Alacati downtown.
Not to forget the hospitality and the wonderful breakfast!

Spent two nights with family here mid-June 2012 + was overwhelmed by the exceptional hospitality from everyone there. Breakfasts were wonderful, the rooms were comfortable + the hotel was within walking distance of the beach and windsurfing activities. It was a great introduction to Turkey for us.

We stayed at Yucca Hotel for four nights and had the most relaxing time. Elfin and Baris were very kind and hospitable. There's a great garden at the back of the hotel in which you can have the most delicious organic Alacati breakfast or read on the couch. Great music accompanies you in both day and night. It is very close to Alacati Port. I would totally recommend this cosy, lovely and clean little hotel if you visit Cesme.
