It is hard to know where to start in my praise of Beyevi. From the moment we arrived we received the warmest welcome and during the duration of our 5 night stay we felt totally pampered by Beyevi's owner Celal and his professional team. The hotel itself is situated on the main street running through the town and is just a few minutes walk from the main square. Beyevi is a stylish and elegant hotel, not to mention extremely comfortable and homely. The bedrooms are spacious, light and airy and well equipped. The highlight for me is the pool area which is a real oasis you won't want to move too far from. A lovely touch is the delicious homemade cake served with tea by the pool every day at 5pm. Breakfast is served on the terrace under the vines and includes a spread of fresh breads, delicious cheeses and local preserves served with fruit and walnuts. Staying at Beyevi, you feel you have discovered somewhere very special and it's what made our stay in Alacati so memorable. Raring to return soon!

We have just returned from a five night stay in the beautiful Beyevi Hotel. I think I will find it hard to put in words how much we loved this hotel, but I will try.

We stayed in room 11, the best room in our eyes as it was right next to the pool. The room and bathroom was lovely, with ample space for luggage and a great hairdryer!!! Toiletries were very nice and towels always fresh and soft. The hotel was so clean, the cleaners would really take their time and it was reflected in the cleanliness of the room.

The service was really impeccable. We loved how easy going the hotel staff were while still being very professional and providing great service. Afternoon tea at the pool was one of my favourite things about Beyevi, the cake/ sweets served in the afternoon always felt like such a treat and were always homemade and delicious.

The owner Celal was very helpful when we wanted to go outside of the hotel to visit some beaches and he gave us plenty of advice on where to go and spent more time that I felt a usual hotel owner would do in ensuring we had a lovely day out.

We would like to also say a massive thank you to the lovely men who work at the hotel serving breakfast and serving drinks as they really made our stay special. They were so attentive and fun to be around, they even made me pancakes for breakfast one morning specially when I had asked them the night before.

Although I would love to keep this hotel a secret, you just have to go and stay here if you are visiting Alacati. We moved on to another more expensive hotel in Alacati that we had booked before realising how much we would love this one and we were just so sad to leave. The other hotel did not match up to Beyevi and I doubt any other hotel in the town will!

Room Tip: Room 11 is right beside the pool, with french doors and a lovely bathroom. It even has its own very...

We were greeted at this charming boutique hotel in the very quaint village of Alacati by the warm and welcoming smile of Nukhet hanim. The location is ideal , the rooms and facilities tastefully decorated and immaculately clean ,the garden and pool area a tranquil relaxing haven . The breakfast in the garden was lovely ,traditional Turkish style. The food at other times of the day, although a small menu, absolutely delicious and all very fresh. Above all this, is the superb service of all the staff who are always available and nothing too much for them. We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable week , thank you Celal bey and team. Hope to come back.

Small Hotel but BIG on service. Celal and his team made us welcome from the moment we arrived. We had booked late but had requested a particular room next to the pool, this was organized for us on the next day even although availability is limited. Breakfast on the terrace under the vines was relaxed with plenty of waiting staff who are eager to assist. We also had dinner, although the menu is limited to what is available on the day, the wine and food we received was tasty, well cooked and presented. Try the bread baked direct from the wood fired oven, delicious.
Enjoyed the small pool immensely, comfortable sun beds with plenty of shade if required.
Alacati is a great little town with many small shops, restaurants and café bars. Used a lot for wedding photo-shoots so obviously it is picturesque. With Beyevi at the quieter end of town it is in the perfect spot for a relaxed and peaceful vacation.

Room Tip: Terrace rooms direct onto the poolside are ideal but there is limited availability. So book early.

We were longing for a relaxed week; a chance to soak up some sun, chill by the pool, catch up on sleep and spend time together. The Beyevi hotel gave us all this and more. I couldn't think of a nicer environment; peaceful, friendly, private and very comfortable. The room was good, the pool area was comfortable, the breakfast and dinner was fresh and tasty and the staff were as polite as you could find anywhere. And in the perfect location. Thoroughly recommended.

We loved this hotel so full of wonderful character - beautifully designed to blend historic with contemporary chic and comfort. The Beyevi is a haven of gracious hospitality and from the first moment there we were offered delicious treats in romantic settings: complimentary dinner by the fire on arrival, warm chocolate cake in the afternoon at poolside, sumptuous breakfasts on the terrace each morning, and liqueurs in the evening with Celal whose generosity as a host makes the Beyevi so exceptional. The pool and garden area is an elegant and dreamy retreat - try to get a room which faces onto it. Fabulous location to walk to everything in Alacati - a delightful town and food lovers' paradise. Great base for touring the area.

Back to the grey damp skies of England, I am reminded of all the sights, sounds, smells and sensations of the last 10 days of our stay at Bey Evi. Too many to mention and so I will stick to the highlights!
The service!!!!! Nothing is too much trouble for anyone at Bey Evi. More than that, there are all the extra little touches which made us (and other guests) feel really special. From the ice creams and cake round the pool in the afternoon, to the personal chats and attention to detail and the genuine interest in ensuring that all of their guests have a fabulous time, whatever their individual preferences
The food!!!! Every day started with a lazy, relaxed and delicious Turkish Breakfast served on the Terrace by the pool under the vines with the little doves nest. Though there are many great restaurants in Alacati, our favourite meals were shared here with other guests or with Celal and Nukuts.
The accommodation!!!! Arriving at 10.30 at night to the beautiful candle lit pool lit and being shown to our room with french doors onto the pool area set the tone for the soothing and relaxing oasis which is Bey Evi. The very best of Turkish shabby chic with little twists of interesting items, books, toiletries, magazines, sunbeds and especially the double day bed outside our French Windows.
The area!!!!! Alacati is traditionally picturesque and sophisticated, but has still some authenticity with a fabulous weekly market which will assault your taste buds and defy you not to salivate at the array of fresh and delicious produce! The beach at Illica is a dolmus ride away and peaceful little back waters like Ildiri, where we tried our first sea urchins picked fresh from the sea were memorable. Further afield, we made our very special trip to Gallipoli with an overnight stay in Cannakale. Both moving and beautiful and highly recommended!
The fun!!!!! Somehow the special and vital ingredient. Bey Evi know how to make sure you have a good time! With them and other guests! Girl Power, Cushion buying excursions, hat swapping, vine leave fashion and salsa dancing all figured in some of our laughing moments.
Many thanks, we had a great time!
