One of the best places for having a paradise like ambance (during the day). After midnight different music and rhythm form 3 different discos make life not easy. And the noise continues until 07.00-08.00 a.m. If you can go earlier then midnight to bed and sleep deep enough (maybe sleeping pills) you won't have any problem. Or you also go out for dancing (techno)... Maybe the Meyer of the Regional has already changed this chaotic situation. Ask before you go.

Room Tip: Prefer rooms on the ground floor

The Alacati Beach Resort was a lucky find for a two week stay in April. This very pretty small town west of Izmir has quite a few good looking boutique hotels, but this hotel has things to offer that others can't. It is beautifully located along a private sandy beach which only a few are, its design is a tasteful mix of modern and traditional local architecture. Other features are a series of beautiful salt water pools and famous wind- and kite surfing facilities on its door step.
We went off-season which worked well for us as it was quiet which really brought the best out in the staff and service which was outstanding. Special dietary requirements were well covered and our two year old son was amazingly well looked after - the play area was especially opened for him even though it wasn't very busy and all the staff were super friendly and helpful.
In high season this can be a fashionable and very busy place, but in low season it was very tranquil and relaxing. Alacati offers some great places for going out, shopping and antiques and Izmir airport is very close. Overall I couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Hotel is unique with the location. It is only few meters away from windsurfing spot and also has its own amazing private beach , sooo clean.Me and my wife had really good time.Rooms are fab , and you have very easy reach to everywhere restaurant. , beach etc.More importantly , staff made us feel like we are home, they were so helpfull and speaking English.we had no language problem.Besides all , we will definately go back for that lovely breakfast.

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms are better

My husband and I spent a long weekend here in mid September. It was a great time to visit as the crowds were gone and the sea was lovely. The food was good and the atmosphere at the hotel was welcoming and relaxed. While not important to many people, we love tennis. The court was adequate but needs a bit of maintenance and repair.

we went to Alacati many times as we used to live in Turkey for 3 yrs. we love windsurfing and if you like to have all in once: Sport, history, great location, swimming pool, amazing beach, lovely food, nice service, and the unique turkish hospitality this is the place for you. we went at Alacati beach Resort in three occasions: pregnancy, ten months twins and twenty two months twins...i always loved it and one day we will hopefully go back!
