Always very delighted to find places that allow dogs. This one is equipped with everything you need and is located very much in the center of the village, yet in a quiet spot. Great starting point for exploring the Strangford Lough area: Castle Ward - 20 min, Bangor & Crawfordsburn Country Park 40 min., Tollymore Forest Park (still my favorite) 1h

I really enjoyed my stay. Very comfortable bed, an open fire and a great size kitchen. The house was clean, spacious and warm. There are two great pubs within 5 mins walking distance. There's also lots of beautiful places to walk and relax. Nicki was very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area: a really lovely host. I will definitely be back!

6 of us had a reunion in this fabulous home in late January, it did not feel cramped in anyway. It is truly a home away from home with everything you would need, clean and very modern so made the stay so relaxing and easy. The house is very centrally located which made lunching and afternoon drinks perfect for the walk home. Nicki is a perfect host had lots of information in the house for things to do in local area, where to go, had milk, coffee, tea, bread, etc. waiting for us, thank you! I would highly recommend a stay in this lovely home.

We stayed here for 3 nights in July and what a wonderfull house this was.It was convenient to shops bars and restaurants no need for taxis! The house had everything you would need such as washing machine dishwasher, tea and coffee and a lovely spacious house.There is also a lovely relaxing walk along the harbour.I would recommend Killyleagh Cove you will not be disopointed!
