The hotel has a big parking space in front. It can be easily found when you're driving. It is beside a motorway.
The service is pretty good - they let us check in early, they clean the room every day and make sure there's daily change of towels and refills of soaps, tissues, coffee and tea (instant), etc. There's an a/c but not that strong especially in the really warm weather during summer. Although, they never fixed our a/c in the 4 days that we stayed there after we complained that its dripping.
There's a nearby (5 minute walk) grocery store, pharmacy and restos. There's also a playground just 3 minute walk from the hotel.
There is a train stop going to paris just further down the area of the grocery and pharmacy.
We really enjoyed our stay here. We even stayed in our hotel for one whole day beause the heat became too unbearable to go out.

i chose this hotel since it is close to the Le-Bourget airport.
driving to Le-Bourget is relatively quick. in addition, a Metro station is within 5 minutes walking, so visiting centre Paris is also possible.

rooms are small, but clean.
matrices are too soft.
breakfast is basic, but costs only 9 Euro.
bathroom is also small, but has a place for placing own staff.
free wi-fi in rooms became very useful.
the location of the hotel very close to a highway junction makes it easy to find and navigate to.
despite being near the highway, rooms are quiet enough.

Good for business travelers if visiting the nearby Kleber business park - a 5 minute walk. The hotel is basic, but clean. Rooms are functional. TV only offers French channels, except for Spanish TVE. Rooms are small. The bed is comfy (1,50m). The desk is tiny. The wifi sucks. Coverage is ok, but there is a ridiculously small bandwidth limit per user - no Skype, YouTube, GoogleTalk, etc. Restaurant is ok. Food is acceptable. Staff are very friendly however :)

We visited Paris for four days/three nights at the beginning of December 2012. We found this reasonably priced hotel and the three of us stayed in a room with three single beds. The room was fairly modern and clean, yet a little small. The bathroom was OK, although the door frame had already rusted away at the bottom. There was only a small bin in the bathroom, so it wasn't easy to leave rubbish in an appropriate place.

Our room was separated from the adjacent room by a light door, so we could hear which movies our Russian neighbours were watching.

Although the hotel is located right next to a very busy main arterial road, we slept well with the window shut. A "black-out" curtain kept the light out.

The staff were very friendly, but they could anything about the slow internet. They put us off until the following week, which left us over the weekend with internet so slow, it was impossible to send an e-mail with a 100 KB attachment.

We had chosen the hotel due to its price and the location. It is located in département 92 in the town of Colombes, only a short walk away from the station "Le Stade", from where a suburban train "Transilien" line "J" takes you to Saint-Lazare station in about 15 minutes. There is a train at least every 15 minutes and the services runs until 1 AM at night. We had no problem getting into town and back at night.

I would stay in this hotel again, I can only hope that they will fix their internet connection soon.

Room Tip: Try to get a room with is a little further away from the busy road next to the hotel.

As with staying with a chain like Premier Inn or Travelodge you know what to expect with a Kyriad, this one did not disappoint especially as it was on special offer in July. The rooms are well appointed and clean. Reception is 24 hour. As with most Kyriad the downside is the restaurant does not open for evening meal at the weekend, but if you are desperate for something you can order from a takeaway through reception. For getting into Paris centre it is extremely with a train station - Le Stade a couple of minutes walk up the road which will take you to Gare St Lazaire, from here it is very easy to get to all the main sites. You can pick up the Paris visite card from Le Stade but will need to pick up the holder that you write the dates of the ticket and your name on from St Lazaire. The hotel has secure free parking on site, if arriving by car you have to drive up the road next to where the A86 passes overhead, it looks like a sliproad but it turned out that it leads straight to the hotel! I would definately stay at this hotel again for when we return to get round some of the bits we missed first time.

Lovely Hotel!
hard to decide if we should give it 4 or 5 mark...
We (couple) stayed there for 3 nights in August 2012 in room 208, 2nd floor, booked it through Expedia for £92 based on location and tripadvisor reviews and we were so pleased with the hotel!
Its very easly reached by car, has got secure and big free parking, receptionists were helpful and polite, although their english was not great. Room was spacious, tidy, nice en-suite, 21" flat screen tv (although no english language channels), coffee/tee facilities, hair dryer etc. Maybe not 5 stars, but never stayed in 3 star hotel in UK of such high standard (and they are usually more expensive!!) Comfy bed, and very quiet and good sleep (despite the fact hotel is so close to main road room was very quiet). Air-con working well, which was helpful as we had up to 30 degree outside. Friendly room service and quiet location, proximity of railway- Le Stade Colombes station was about 5 mins from hotel and train takes you to Gare St Lazare where you can connect to underground- metro. And it is still 3rd zone of public transport, which means your tickets are cheaper. Trains from St Lazare are frequent and last is about 1 AM, so we enjoyed some night walks in Paris. We did not eat in the hotel, so cannot comment on food and restaurant. Local shops, restaurants and take-away are less thant 5 mins walk from hotel. Lovely stay, lovely holidays! If you drive to Paris - this is excellent place to stay. Highly recommended!

My partner and I stayed at the Kyriad, Colombes for four nights. The hotel is in the suburbs and surrounded by what we assume is fairly new social housing. The hotel is basically next to a motorway, so if it is very hot and you feel like opening a window, (rather than using the aircon available in the room), traffic noise can be an issue. Only French language TV channels were available. It has a VERY slow free Wifi service. The room is very basic and although they advertise tea and coffee facilities. We had one normal teabag, one mint teabag and a few sachets of coffee each day after the maid had cleaned the room. There is a 9.50 Euro supplement for breakfast but it is an eat as much as you like continental breakfast. There is a small supermarket nearby if you want to buy extra teabags etc. The train station (Le Stade) is 5 minutes walk away and is about a 15 min train ride into St Lazare station, one of the main stations in Paris. If you take the train, I would recommend buying a Mobilis une jour ticket for 8.55 Euros. It is valid all day (so you can return to the hotel and go out again later in the day) and if you get zones 1-3, includes Metro (the underground) travel to all of the famous tourist sites. We ate out most evenings and took the train to Colombes, the next train stop. Here you can get pizza, Chinese, Indian, Japanese and French food. Overall, I probably would not stay here again as it seems to be more geared to business people staying one or two nights. The staff were helpful but the hotel was not very busy, with few guests as many Parisiens holiday elsewhere in August. Whatever you do, see Paris at night before you leave. It is magical. I forgot to add, you get one pillow each, take your own if you want more is my advice. Restaurant is shut on Friday and Saturday night. Cheap, Basic but helpful staff is how I would sum the place up.
