We enjoyed 5 nights at Casa Lordan and wished it were longer. The hosts were more than accommodating, the room was pretty, clean and quiet and the setting absolutely lovely. Elena, who speaks English well, made sure to give us restaurant recommendations and advice about hiking trails, and was willing to respond to our every request. The stone building is fairly new construction and absolutely charming. Casa Lordan is in a perfect location on the edge of town, so that it's easy to walk to restaurants but nice and quiet with a lovely view of the mountains and country side. Gorgeous hiking trails in the national park are only a few minutes drive away, and fun little country walks are available right outside the doorstep. The town of Torla itself is quite picturesque. We loved our stay at Casa Lordan and hope to one day return!
