Apt 1
After switching from apt 2 to apt 1 we realized that the sheets were changed but same comforters used from previous guests.
One bathroom does not have an exhaust fan or window, toilet bowls were installed unlevel.
Other bathroom shower head has calcium build up resulting in slow emitting water from shower head.
Both toilets needs to be flushed on numerous occasions before it's cleared.
TV is positioned badly in one bedroom.
Basic kitchen utensils are missing, rusty and broken kitchen opener and knives.
Gas emitting from stove/tank when lit despite tank being changed.
Dining room chairs wobbling.
Microwave takes 5-7 mins to warm food properly.
Flies entering apt via space under the door.

Our team normally works very hard as we only wish for our guests to have a completely enjoyable stay, therefore it is disheartening if you felt this experience was not more indicative of this norm as a repeat guest of that same unit.
I understand that the housekeeping team would have been on the grounds several times throughout your stay and would have efficiently looked into your concerns so that they could have been addressed if they were raised at that time, however you choose not to say anything.
We certainly remain respectful of your decision and can assure you that if this was brought to our attention we would have assisted you to the best of our ability.
After you vacated the room please know that a thorough investigation was launched and the team will continue with our general maintenance and diligently monitor this area to ensure that there is no recurrence of this kind.

It was great, a clean and comfy suite.
Only needed some comforters.
The reef tours done by Ronny on the Cool Runnings boat was quite exciting and enjoyable.
Wouldn't think twice about staying there again.
It's a must see!
