Stayed here with my family, excellent customer service, room was very clean & comfortable, had a wonderful small kitchenette, very tasty breakfast service with a variety of choices to choose from. Was picked up @ d airport on arrival & dropped off when it was time for departure. The atmosphere is quiet & relaxing. I have stayed at other places in tobago & this is really d best thus far.

I will not hesitate to stay here again & will recommend to to anyone.

Our weekend stay at Native Abode, started off with a convenient pick-up at the airport by our wonderful host Stein. This B & B a mere 5 mins drive away from the airport has a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. There is no swimming pool, but who cares its location is walking distance from two of Tobago’s best beaches (Store Bay and Pigeon Point). After check-in, we were introduced to a very CLEAN and COZY room, which consist of one huge bed, kitchenette (fridge, sink, bin & microwave), spacious bathroom with hot and cold shower & face basin, hair dryer, towels & toiletries. FREE services (Wi-Fi, international calls, cable TV and NETFLIX movies). Included in the price yet again an amazing breakfast with fresh fruits and vegetables, tea, juice, coconut water, coconut bake and a wide variety of a side of your choice prepared by our friendly hostess Kaye in a gourmet setting room. Planning a vacation Native Abode is the place to stay!

My wife and I just got back from a 5 night stay at Native Abode and we throughly enjoyed our stay. We used their free shuttle to and from the airport and they also arranged for car rental for us during our stay.
The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean also the bathroom. They provided free internet, Netflix movies and international calls. Breakfast was included in the price and it was beyond expectation.
It is a family run B&B and everyone was very pleasant and made us feel very much at home. We enjoyed the very clean and relaxing surroundings.
Cons: This property is not on the beach but however it is only about 2-5 mins from two of Tobago's best beaches (Crown Point and Pigeon Point).
There is no swimming pool on the property but who needs a pool when you are so close to beautiful beaches.
See our pics.

We booked our five night stay in Tobago at Native Abode based on all the positive reviews on Tripadvisor. Everything that has been said about this place is true. I'll just mention three areas that come to mind: service, the room, and the breakfast. To begin with, Stein and his family are wonderful hosts. We had never been to Tobago, and upon our arrival Stein took my fiancee and I on a short tour of the Crown Point area so we could get our bearings. He even took us to the airport when it was time to go back home. The room was very comfortable and clean. It had a nice little kitchenette that was very convenient, with a basket full of free snacks. There was cable T.V. and Netflix, and there were free international calls! Wi-fi was free and worked well. We had a nice balcony that we enjoyed relaxing on after a day at the beach. Breakfasts were very special. We had a choice of several options every day. We especially enjoyed the fresh tropical fruits and juices. We would highly recommend a stay at this very well-run bed and breakfast.

My husband and I have stayed in many resorts across the carribean but this one beats them all! Steen and his family are most accomodating and our friends who stayed at a resort nearby were jealous when I bragged about how delicious our breakfast was every morning. We are definately planning to go back and I suggest you check them out. You WON'T be sorry!

This was our second stay at NativeAbode since we previously recognised that the service of this B&B met and surpassed other B&B's we stayed at in the USA. The blend of local cuisine achieved an unbelievable standard that was enjoyable to partake, tasty and nutritious in value. If you are staying in, several movie channels can be accessed suitable to the individual entertainment.
Without a doubt, NativeAbode should be the place of choice to stay in Tobago.

If you are from anywhere in the world and want to experience what living on a tropical island is like, then this is the place for you. The rate is competitive, the food (Breakfast) is local cusine and excellent, the location to access the island's attractions is perfect and the warmth of true Tobago hospitatility in a clean and well appointed room is second to none. The surrounding location is rustic and scenic: it is a real village, in a real tropical island: natural, unspoilt and as the natives live hence 'Native Abode' with flora, fauna, domesticated animals etc.
Pick up from the port and drop back to the port was available ( highly personalized), full guidance in anything we wanted to do on the island and advice on the local restuarants etc was good.

In the midst of the normal island life is the escape to catch up with your friends and family virtually anywhere around the globe with free phone calls to over 79 locations around the world (from the comfort of your room) included in the experience at no extra cost, and if this is not enough, spoil your self after some of the best sun and sand at a beach (walking 15 minutes or by car 3 minutes) in the region to catch up on a wide range of internet available and in house movies included (at no extra cost) in the comfort of your room. This was not a place to stay but rather an experience as promised. *****
