i tried the resort based on the information at their website. i expected to invite a party of fifteen and they suggested i chose the 'pantalan kubo'. the pantalan kubo could only accommodate 6 persons, so we were crammed. the pools were crowded and the public toilets were smelly. we ate at their inihaw store and although the chicken was burnt, the liempo was okay. we also had a foot massage at the spa which was probably the only highlight of the day. i suggest if you want to visit this place for a day tour, double the area you need to stay in (that is if you don't mind people all around you). call their reservation and see if you can reserve for a more private place with a dedicated pool. btw, the pools are small but acceptable if you don't plan to do any laps. none of the slides are working which was a disappointment for the kids. the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Room Tip: if you are there for a day trip during the summer, expect noise and people all around you. the pant...

We stayed overnight here just to experience LULJETTAS HANGING GARDEN and SPA. The only accommodation left is the Superior room which is Php3,500 per night. Which doesn't look like a Superior room at all. I've been to some resorts, and their Standard Room is much better than this. The room looks old and tiny, the bathroom looks dirty and SO SMALL and doesn't even have a butt hose. They have an old big TV with only few channels available. No free wi-fi inside room, you have to walk and go to their Lobby and Cafe. No telephone you have to go far to their Front Desk if you need anything. No slippers which means that I have to walk barefoot inside the room.

Nice ambiance. Location is good and very scenic overlooking Laguna De Bay and Manila skyline.

Will still come back but will not avail rooms.

Room Tip: try to avoid superior rooms, very expensive and yet very small and looks old.

We planned to have an outing last Feb 9 on this resort, when we traveled there we had a doubt if the road was wrong. When we arrived there we went to their Customer Lounge (Counter :D) it looks fine and good, their employees know how to smile and how to communicate with the other people (except the guard in the gate Hahhaha). The resort contains a lot of pool but some weren't in a good condition (maybe a lack of maintenance) but still this resort is fine and good. Some pools contain leaves and small branches and for me it's okay 'cause it is common in the pools :D

The view at their spa was a "WOW" you will see the Laguna the Bay,Metro Manila and some mountainous part But! before you enter the spa you must be logged in at their log book 'cause there are a lot passage at the lower part of the spa and you might lost and couldn't find your correct path.

We had a part of 10 at Loreland for a trip to Antipolo. While the rooms weren't flashy or impressive, they were clean and could accomodate up to 6 at a time. This was exactly what our laid back group was looking for.

Breakfasts were slow to come each morning, but were served with a smile. The coffee was fantastic. Overall, the restaurant was a fun alternative to heading outside the gate.

We all took advantage of the spa one day. The full body scrub was an eyeopener for many and the day will certainly be in our heads for years to come.

While the resort is nice, the staff makes it great. Each morning and night, regardless of how early or late, we were greeted warmly and each staffer made us feel very welcome. Coleen, Ruiz, and Kate went out of their way to make our trip a good one. We would go back to Loreland because of these three. Management take note!

Room Tip: Rooms with a view are great. The nice looking pools in many of the photos are from the spa and cost...

The Resort is located at a back drop of a Mountain Peak over looking Manila, if you've experienced a view like Malarayat, Tagaytay or Mount Makiling this is absolutely nothing compared to it. The great point of this place that it is based on a high point, over looking forestry that has been chopped, or spots that has been flattened. This place is a maze, you will get loss and end up in another spot, plenty of stairs to walk up and down, all but one pool was in function with plenty plastic animal figurines to entertain you, and don't forget the endless lizards that lurk around the rooms. I was pitched up in the superior room, like some have mentioned nothing is superior about them. An old dark room, with nothing provided, half broken furniture, widows that were manufactured in the Spanish ere when they conquered Philippines, which catered the ants to visit frequently, and don't let me start with the restaurant. Ordered a three course meal with soup, main meal and dessert, and guess which order was it brought out! Might be a new tradition to have a banana split before the meal which was tasty, with fish fillet drowned in butter and mushroom soup. Don't forget the attitude of the waiters and receptionists except one by the name of Camille if i am correct, who was wonderful and helpful.

My conclusion if you're a cheap monger this is your place. I don't know if any Western minded person would waste their money on this place like I did!

Room Tip: The spa is simple, but the ladies there were great.

Went here for our anniversary and booked a room. We got the superior room but it looked like an ordinary one. It was really small and housed a mini ref and small tv. There wasn't much room to move around but good thing it had a small veranda to hang out at. Bathroom was also very small.

Parking is a bit tricky because the designated parking is really far. You can park further inside but it's a bit tricky for that.

Everyone seemed very friendly though. The entire place was really nice too. They just need to work on their rooms, make it more 'superior' and live up to its name.
