I have just arrived home from a weeks stay at this hotel and was appauled at the current state at which the hotel is in. There were many faults in the rooms when we arrived and it didn't let off the best of first impressions. I also found one of the waitressing staff very rude and felt uncomfortable around her presence. During the course of the week, I had a large sum of money and a few of my posessions stolen from my room which I believe must be down to the maids but that I can't confirm. The hotel was located perfectly for the ski resort which I used daily as it was only a 10minute walk but I didn't feel the bar staff who were also there for information were particularly helpful when asking them directions on my first day! The warmth of the hotel was another concern as it wasn't very warm during the day and at night progressively got hotter to which point minimum clothing had to be warn, and the balcony doors had to be left open on order to get a good nights sleep without our bodys overheating and becoming unwell for the rest of our stay. The cleanliness was ok, my only fault would be the carpets and the bottom of the stairway as it was all very stained an didn't look particularly nice. The food was very basic but at the same time tasty, 4 courses at dinner times and bread was provided throughout the meal, the breakfast consisted of coissants rolls cereal yoghurt and toast which was also nice. I would reccommend this hotel if your not fussy and need somewhere convenient.
