We wanted to get away from typical fried, bland, Westernized Brazilian food. Piqui de Piri is a true Brasilian cooking, with local herbs, spices, and meat. The owners - husband and wife, were so hospitable. The place is so quiet, you wouldn't even know that they are open until you go inside. We ordered the chicken pictured on many of the travelers recommendation and the picanha was so good. Truly a great experience!
