Having seen the reviews for York house & Pebbles on this site I thought I would see if they had a room avalible. They nolonger had a singles rooms for the night I needed, but they were happy to give me a double for the same price as a single.
The room I had, was on the gorund floor with a lovely four poster bed and was nicer than some 4 star hotels ive stayed in. It was clean, with a lovley big shower.
Rona & Phil were very helpful and breakfast was lovely, with a homemade vegetarian loaf. No frozen vegetarian options here.
I would definately stay here again if I am anywhere nearby in the future.

Visiting Borth to see fiends for the New year, lucky enough to stay in the Compass room. The room is tastefully decorated and well presented. Rhona and her partner were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Will be staying agin.

This small, friendly, family run hotel is highly recommended. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners of this hotel. It is clean and welcoming with many added extras and features that you would expect of a much larger hotel, such as complementary water, biscuits, etc

we stayed in a fantastic room with sea view and luxurious bathroom. It was very comfortable and had a cosy, homely feel whilst being extremely high standard. Will definately use thishotel again.

It was a happy coincidence that we found York House and that they had a room the night we wanted. When we arrived the owners were very welcoming and friendly and showed us to the recently refurbished 'family room'. Everything was good quality and the fixtures and fittings were high spec. The room and ensuite was clean and very well appointed. We had a very comfortable night. The breakfast was also top notch with locally sourced sausages and bacon. Would really recommend this place to anyone.
