We arrived to a house full of flowers and a fridge of goodies. The bed is so comfortable , house quiet and lots of hot water. Cannot recommend it enough!

“Quirky and Charming place for a Cornish Getaway”
Reviewed 14 September 2014 for a stay in September 2014

This little cottage down a small side street was perfect for my families short stay down in Cornwall! Its a very quirky place with lots of character and charm, we enjoyed an evening out on the terrace with the BBQ and a bottle, and it was a good position not too far from Falmouth and in the little quarters of Penryn which has some interesting small shops and gallerys. Thank you for a great place to stay!

“Awesome property, well situated, quiet but close to everything. Great value and super hosts.”

We had a superb time at St Gluvias Street. The 'welcome package' was a great way to start our month and it just got better from there. Highly individual but extremely functional fittings and decor make it a delight to live there. Penryn itself has great pubs, a funky tapas bar and, importantly, really good coffee and healthy foods at Earth and Water (just round the corner) and is close to the attractions of Falmouth while being quiet and friendly. We had a great time there and will be back.

“Welcoming, comfortable, relaxing - a fantastic getaway cottage”
Reviewed 25 March 2014 for a stay in March 2014

We stayed at St Gluvias Street for two nights and could not have asked for a better stay. The house is charming, spacious, comfortable and Simon's touches make it truely welcoming. It is well-equipped and perfect for a night in if the weather is bad and well located for a quick dash to either a great pub or a wine bar. Penryn is a great location for walks along the river and just a short drive to local beaches and some great National Trust gardens. We would definitely go again and have already recommended the cottage to friends and family.

“Great cottage with many extras”
Reviewed 27 August 2013 for a stay in August 2013

Had a fantastic stay, myself, husband and our dog. Best cottage we have stayed in, everything had been thought of, Fresh flowers in every room, bottle of bubbly waiting for us and a delicous breakfast pack full of local produce. Also a great location for touring the area by day and everything on hand locally when we came back, shops, take aways and great pubs all around the corner.
