“Well happy - thanks.”
Reviewed 13 September 2017 for a stay in September 2017

Visited the cottage recently over a weekend for a family wedding and already talking about our next visit. We travelled after work on a Friday evening and arriving late was not an issue. Communication with the owner was super easy right from initial booking right through the stay. The accommodation is great and in a great location. Would highly recommend.

“Lovely hideaway in a cornish town”
Reviewed 4 September 2017 for a stay in September 2017

The Bellas Mouse cottage had everything we needed and lots of space. Great location close the the cornish coastline. Rosie provided us with plenty of information for our stay and how to find them. The bed were all really comfortable and my mum enjoyed the little annex for her own space. The cottage had such a homely feel and had everything we needed. I would book here again when staying in Cornwall!

“Fine location and a cosy house”
Reviewed 16 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

We had a very good week in this beautiful house. It is charming, cosy and very well equipped.
A good House user manual helped us to feel like home quickly.
We stayed there with two families (4 adults, 4 teens) and enjoyed especially the sitting and dining room and the beautiful garden/terrace.
We appreciated the good location in Penryn - supermarket, shops and pubs very close. Also the bus stop 100 meters away is a plus, since we did not want to drive the cars every day. There is much you can do with children and teens in the area. Beautiful beaches are close by as well.

“Very Good Holiday Accommodation”
Reviewed 14 August 2016 for a stay in August 2016

Very good, versatile, accommodation. Near to a good pub with good food for eating out. Also nearby is an excellent Fish and Chip shop. Short journey into Falmouth, where there is plenty of variety, by taxi, car or nearby bus stop (just at bottom of the road). Very clean and nice to have linen and towels etc provided.
Just a couple of compromises keep this "very good" not quite excellent (1) Parking for one car only. Perfectly clear in advance of booking so no complaint. (2) Lack of hanging and other cupboard space meant living out of suitcases for a week.

“Beautiful Old Cottage, well maintained, in lovely location”
Reviewed 10 August 2016 for a stay in July 2016

We arrived slightly earlier than planned, but were welcomed by the ladies cleaning the cottages. Milk in the Fridge and Wine on the table all ready for us. Bellas Mouse has a lovely feel to it and is made up of two cottages, with ample space for us all (myself and wife, mother and my sister, her husband, and my nephew and his other half). The first night we stayed in and had some Fish & Chips from the Chippie down the road, which was great. We had come down from Brighton, for the weekend, as my niece was getting married in Falmouth. We had a great weekend really enjoyed the cottage, and all the great beaches, country side and facilities within local area, plenty to do for everyone. Would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely place, or indeed in renting it again. Mum particularly loved her little annex with bathroom on suite.

Liked best: cottage style and location
Liked least: as we came down in two cars (both large) parking wasn't great, but given Bellas Mouse is in small street, should have guessed this

“A quirky house full of character”
Reviewed 26 November 2014 for a stay in July 2014

We stayed here as a large group working on a photoshoot in Cornwall. We didn't know each each other before the stay but everyone felt like they had been on holiday by the time we left! The house was perfect for our group of 9 , the rooms are a good size and it was well equipped.
The house is quirky and keeps on going in all directions, turn another corner and you find another level. It is truly unique. The owner is also wonderful to deal with.
