From the moment I arrived I was made to feel special, excellent levels of customer service, nothing was too much trouble. This isn't a swish resort style Hotel, it is a typically Catalan town hotel in a great position, 1min walk to the beachfront and 2mins from the centre of town with free parking about 3 mins away. Rooms were spotlessly clean, Bed linen was crisp and white, Best nights sleep I have had away from home for ages. Breakfast was very good and Paolo the owner/manager offered a cooked breakfast option of Bacon & Eggs as well as the traditional meat platters, cakes etc. My room was at the back of the hotel on the 4th floor and looked over the rooftops of the town. This hotel has soul and Paolo and his family make you feel more like a friend than a customer, perfect English spoken here and so the advice about the local area was clear and concise. Have already booked my next stay here

Room Tip: Rooms to the back of the hotel have a great view across the rooftops of the town and are very quiet...

What a wonderful experience! I booked a room in this hotel via tripadvisor and my spouse and I biked down from Girona to Sant Feliu on the Greenways (an easy 40km on flat, packed dirt roads on what used to be narrow gauge railway, a great experience by itself, despite a couple of wrong turns!). Paolo, the owner met us at the door and made us feel instantly at home. The room was simple but comfortable and we were quite happy to clean up after the long ride. This was low tourist season which suited us just fine. Breakfast the next morning was amazingly good! The pastries, the omelet, the espressos, everything was excellent! Paolo showed us a couple of good hikes (the one along the rocky coast going towards Sant Pol is not be missed!) gave us directions to the bus station and allowed us to drop the bags off and pick them up later. All in all, a wonderful two days and we will be sure to be back!

This is a real gem. I found this in July 2012 and stayed again in June 2013. Paulo is not only an efficient and friendly host who speaks excellent English, Spanish and Catalan (he's actually Italian) but also a great chef. Who needs any more than B&B when the beach/restaurants are only a few minutes walk and the breakfasts so substantial (worth a third of the room price alone in my view). If Paulo has baked cakes then don't be on a diet...! Rooms are simple (as you would expect from a 1 star) but very clean and with comfortable beds. Paulo can store bikes so it's also ideal as an economical stopover hotel if you are cycling in the area. If you haven't visited Sant Feliu before it is a charming little seaside town with a great beach and an interesting history.

Room Tip: I have stayed in the street facing rooms, which were fine. Terrace facing rooms might be quieter but...

What a find! In a small street just 200 metres from the yacht port and beach (one street back) and the same distance from the bars and restaurants in the centre of town. Parking available 300 metres away in municipal car park. The owner/manager was most friendly and helpful. Rooms were simple but very clean and comfortable with small terraces looking out over central enclosed courtyard where excellent breakfast was served. Super value for money. Our labrador was made very welcome. We will certainly be back again later this year. One added plus was the largest wine and spirits shop we have seen in Spain, only 100 metres away. Fantastic selection of every quality of wine and cava. And their prices were excellent.

Room Tip: Looking out over courtyard seems best to us. Quieter side though street here is not noisy. No air co...

Close to the beautiful beach, clean rooms, friendly welcome, and a great breakfast with homemade cakes! It was nice and quiet through the night. Good value. We found free parking nearby - with map and directions from people at the front desk.

A warm welcome from Paolo, who was very helpful with directions and advice in fluent English as well as his Spanish and Italian, a comfortable room and FANTASTIC breakfasts! All this just 50 metres from the sea and near all the restaurants, shops and bars of this delightful seaside town. We stayed in November but we're hoping to go back when the weather is warmer.

Do eat at L'Infern next door - a wonderful lunch menu for 12 euros.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back face the quiet patio. Ask for a first floor room if you want internet access.
