Yesterday, a Saturday evening, we tried the week-end menu of Restaurant Vent D'Aram. It was a hot day so we choose for the outdoor terrace. A bowl of delicious olives was put on the table. With 4 people we choose as an appetizer; Salad with goat cheese, paella 2 persons and a smoked salmon salad. The goat cheese salad is very richly filled with nuts, pine nuts serrano ham and a delicious dressing. The paella is a pan each and a surprise is the natural taste of the mussels. The gambas are also fresh. The smoked salmon salad also tastes delicious. As a main course we choose for the Cod, Tuna, Pork Chop with Port sauc and Beef Medallion with Cantharel mushrooms. All dishes are cooked to perfection and accompanied by self-baked buns. Cannot be more fresh. The homemade desserts also taste fantastic again, Tiramisu, apple from the oven and vanilla and lemon ice cream. Unbeatable flavors for 20 € pp, 3 dishes including wine and water. It's incredible that this restaurant is not fully booked on such an evening. This restaurant is for me, in terms of quality prices relation, the absolute winner in the wide surroudings of Santa Coloma.
