If paradise exists, it is surely located in Piso Livadi. If you want to find its keys, just go and see Mary and Thanassis. Two weeks long we experienced their kindness and their warmth in San Antonio Hotel. Feel free to ask them any kind of information : they are always eager to help, in french, english or german. And they do love children.

At the end of the street where the hotel is located, left of a beautiful tiny church there's a stairway going down to the sea. A little creek is waiting for you. Forget everything and just enjoy the view.

Once you come back from this trip, you might be changed for the better.

I am sure Mary and Thanassis should be thanked for that.

I have been several times (4-5 times) at this magic but so true hotel since I was a youngster till now that I have two kids. Even when my wife was at the 7th month of pregnancy, August 2008, and when my oldest daughter Penny grew up to 2.5 years old, August 2011, and now that I have my newborn Nefeli, August 2013, San Antonio hotel is the place that generously offers me and my family that sense of relaxation and warmth that nowhere else can be found. Sited on the hill of a gorgeous location (Piso Livadi), the hotel's front rooms have a marvelous Aegean Sea view along with the great view of the village's small harbor. Cleanliness is the factor that Mary and Thanasis (owners) persist on, and you could see that not only in the rooms but also at the swimming pool (by the way, a great one and very safe for the kids) and at the gardens, stairs and terraces of each particular room. For breakfast you will enjoy delicious local products (fresh made bread along with cottage cheese was my best) along with fresh milk and juices, and for those who are in diet, fresh black coffee (tip: ask for a fra-pe!They make it perfectly!). San Antonio hotel is delivering what we call "Greek traditional hospitality" from all points of view. And since I 've been there several times and certainly will be visiting in the future...San Antonio for ever...!!!

Just spent 5 days at the San Antonio hotel with my two teenage children. This is an absolutely lovely sparkling clean family run hotel. We had two rooms which were really spacious. The bathrooms were spotless and had good power to the shower with plenty of hot water. Rooms have air con, tv and small kitchen corner (which we didnt use apart from the fridge). Nice towels and bed linen. Very quiet location just meters from the tavernas and bus stop. Little snorkelling beach down some steps just below the hotel. Gorgeous swimming pool with lovely smart sun loungers. Breakfast was very nice (Greek breakfasts are generally not brilliant). Very lovely fresh food. Maria, her husband and staff are really hospitable and couldnt do enough for us would highly recommend to families or couples. Great location hope to come back in the future.

We had the chance to travel from Spain to Greece and spend one wonderful week at San Antonio Hotel in Paros at Piso Livadi.
The hotel is a charming mix of human warmth (thanks to Maria and all the team), romantic location and relaxing atmosphere.
The team of San Antonio really made "our holiday": great hints for discovering Paros, excellent breakfast buffet with local products (don't miss cheese and jogurt), extreme clean and tidy installations (more than 5 star houses) and a very cosy pool area together with generous sized rooms with stunning seaviews. Probably it took us 20 years of travelling to finally find what we were really looking for. A 5 star treat in familiar atmosphere. Definitely we will repeat and after having spoken to other guests at the hotel, it's not a mistery to understand why most of the hotel's clients are repeaters from all over the world. San Antonio Hotel is the best choice if you want to discover one of the most interesting Cycladic islands from a romantic and relaxing point of view.

Room Tip: Ask for sea-views rooms or studios

We stayed at San Antonio Hotel during the summer holidays with our two teenage sons whilst on an island hopping experience - brilliant fast ferry service. Paros and in particular Piso Livadi, is a beautiful place to visit and I can recommend staying at San Antonio. The owners are lovely and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. My teenage sons really appreciated the gorgeous swimming pool and the free Wi-Fi and computer in the lobby!

We just came back from a wonderful week in Paros (June 2012)! I can really recommend the beautiful island as well as the wonderful hotel - it is a familiy owned, very nice, very clean and charming hotel offering everything you need for relaxing vacation. The owners and staff are really helpful, always friendly, give the best recommendations and tipps according to your needs, and really care for you and make your stay unforgettable. There is also a very nice pool. Beaches are very clean, restaurants excellent - fresh fish and the best tsatsiki ever! Greek people all over the place extremely friendly and welcoming. We will come back for sure!

We stayed in a studio of this hotel for the third time(within 4 years).Always for 2 weeks and around end of May/ begin of June. We love the quietness of the location and the MAGNIFICIENT view(= blooming oleanders, the local church with its blue dome and the deep blue sea beyond),just 40 meters from our terrace.Another 40 meters...and you are standing at the small cosy fishing harbour. There you will find 4 restaurants and 4 cafés,each with an indoor-and outdoor terrace on the waterfront. There are also 2 traveling agencies(for Bluestar ferrytickets, daytrips, hiking, sailingtrips from9:30 to 18:30 hrs)2 minimarkets,2 souvenirshops and 1 very good bakery. Also important : you'll find the busstop there too if you want to visit Parikia(the capital).
Everything in this hotel is spic and span.I have seen some of the rooms and studios and each has a balcony or terrace. All have seaview, except 4 of them.Leave your mosquito repellent at home, since the hotel is providing this(free of charge).Same service for the safe and hairdryer at the reception.San Antonio is ranked as a 3 star hotel,so each of the 26 rooms and studios has airco and a fridge. All the rooms are on ground- or first floor(10 steps).Visit their website : www.sanantonio.gr for more details. There you'll find the rates of the rooms( I think they has decreased because of the crisis) and also the way of booking. Now I'll tell you how we travelled from Athens airport to this hotel.Just outside the airport you have every 20 min.a bus to Piraeus.
We took bus X96 to Piraeus.Busticket costs 5 euro(if you are 65 or older you pay 2,50 euro) for a 70 minutes busride.Arrived at Gate 7 (= also the terminus of the metro) we bought our Bluestar ferry ticket(32,50 pp. one way to Paros)in one of the many traveling agencies(open till 21:00) in the vicinity.Taking the ferry in july or august,it is advisable to buy it online and let it be delivered at the reception of your hotel in Piraeus. We slept in hotel FAROS 2(Kolokotroni 117) .A taxi ride to Gate 7 costed 5 euro and we were delivered just beside the right ferry of 07:25 the next morning. At 11:45 we were in Parikia(capital of Paros). On the ferry you can buy coffee or tea, fried chips or baguettes(= 4,50 euro) in the several bars on board. When we left the port,we went 50 meters on our Right to take the bus to Piso Livadi(busticket costs 2,20 euro,NO extra charge for the luggage).Departure time from Parikia was 12:10 .And at 13:00 we were standing at the fishing harbour of Piso Livadi .So the busride lasted 40 minutes.Three minutes later we were at the reception of hotel San Antonio.

Room Tip: Advantage of a studio: you have a KITCHENETTE,so you can make your own tea or coffee. Every day we...
