Finding this place made our experience of Pizzo a week earlier seem like child's play by comparison. The locals didn't seem to know where it was and the google map had it all wrong too. But Faustino, our host, was on the ball and guided us from where we had parked to the closest road access to his place and graciously helped us with our cases, something which he appears to do for folk as a matter of course. Then we had the top floor room to get to by a narrow staircase ...... but that's the end of the negatives. All else is good, from the lovely room, the stunning views from it and our breakfast. Overall, good value and now knowing where it is, yes, we would use it again.

Room Tip: Top floor room best, but it's quite a way up those stairs!

My family and I were in Paola for a couple of days, in a very special tour, visiting relatives we hadn't seen for decades. And we were so lucky choosing this hotel! Lovely Adriana and Francesco made all the efforts to make us feel home and make our trip as memorable and perfect as it could be. The place is amazing, situated in the historical upper part of the town, right beside the old castle first built in the city. The hotel itself is a true jewel, with its original 15th century walls perfectly preserved. All the building has been carefully reformed to maintain the original beauty and offer the best comfort. The rooms are very large, light and airy, decorated with taste and very very clean. That would be enough to have us back there; but what really made a difference was the service. Adriana and Francesco provided our transfer in and out of the train station, picked us up from a pub one night, asked us what we wanted for breakfast next morning and provided all we asked and more! We will never forget the talk about history, wine and italian food in the kitchen, and the fresh "spremuta" of orange from the backyard :-))

I’m grudging with 5-star reviews, but B&B Adrianna was truly memorable. The structure is a beautiful modern updating of a medieval house, close enough to the center to allow you to stop back into your room for a rest but just removed enough to ensure nighttime quiet. The proprietors were terribly charming: I did not want to leave breakfast in the morning. They were also generous to a fault, insisting not only on picking me up from the station but also on driving me back at the end of my stay, and refusing to accept anything for the hassle. One of the trips, moreover, was in a great vintage Citroen. And then there’s the price – the thieves that drive taxis in Naples may charge you more.

I had the great pleasure to spend 4 wonderful days in this verv special place.
The room and the bathroom are large, tastefully equipped and very, very clean !!!!!
After a quiet night you enjoy a delicious italian breakfast: tea, coffee, marmelade, fresh fruits, fresh pastries.........
Thank you very much also to Adriana and her husband Francesco. These warm-hearted people made my stay perfect. They are always ready to help and make you feel at home. I hope to come back next year.

We found the Hotel address easily, but there was no building? We had to meander down a cobblestone walkway to get to the building. Very attractive, no lift, but Faustino was most helpful in getting our bags to our room...up 3 flights. The town is another walk down a cobbled walkway through "tunnels" and backyards. VERY Quaint town with many churches and shops. We enjoyed this but wish we had known how steep the entire town is. Very modern, clean and well equipped. Delightful!

Room Tip: If stairs are a problem...you should request the 1st floor....

We had the pleasure of staying in Adriana's B&B in October of this year. What a delight it was. The room was tastefully decorated and very clean. The bathroom was large and also very clean. We even stayed an extra day!!. If you want a quiet place to stay in Paola we highly recommend Adriana's. It is a nice walk to the plaza as well as the Tyrrhenian Sea. Lot's of exercise. We were able to find some nice resturants also within walking distance. Adriana and her son Faustino were delightful and helpful. We could not help having a good time!! Come to Paola, stay at Adriana's B&B and enjoy southern Italy!!
