We read previous reviews which are mixed but decided to give this place a go. We went for the Menu of the Day as we weren't that hungry (only 8 euros!) and were pleasantly surprised, the food was great and there was more than we expected. The food is cooked to order rather than a buffet which we prefer. The beef with mushrooms in particular was excellent! For the prove you get a praw n crackers, a drink, small starter, main course with rice or noodles and a dessert or coffee! Unbelievable really! The staff were also very nice. It's definitely worth a visit. As with all Chinese restaurants (even in my view in the UK) is better on quieter nights we went on a Sunday evening.

We dined here after passing it numerous times and bloke outside always handing us a flyer, the set menu was 8 euro for starter, main and desert which should have rang alarm bells, the food was brought fairly quickly but wasn't very good, coupled with the fact that it was packed with parties of loud Germans and then charged 3.50 euro per soft drink! Paid the bill and spent the remainder of the evening nursing an upset stomach.

We entered this restaurant knowing that there were set menus for very low prices. We were sceptical about this as it seemed too good to be true at 8 euros for a set meal.
However, the 4 of us really enjoyed the chosen starter of typical chicken and sweet corn soup, very tasty. Curried chicken x 2 and beef in black bean sauce with green peppers x 2 were the main courses we chose, again very good indeed and extremely tasty food. Very fresh with it. Drinks were also cheap and the service was friendly and efficient. Many expensive restaurants could learn from this place as it all seemed so correct the way the Chinese staff waited on us and served us so politely. With the ladies getting a present of a Chinese fan on exit it was also a very nice way to end the night in a really nice place with stunning views over the marina. Well done to the staff.

We were encouraged to visit this restaurant by the man outside a few times during our stay in Puerto Pollensa and thought this would be a good and cheap option for lunch one day as they had a special 8 euro menu during lunch time.
On arrival, we were shown to our seats and given a menu whilst the girl took our drinks order. She delivered our drinks and a complimentary bowl of prawn crackers whilst we chose from the menu. The prawn crackers came in a small bowl lined with paper towel and on closer inspection I realised that there was a squidgy green blob on the paper. I asked my partner what it was as I couldn't believe my own eyes- and he confirmed it was old used chewing gum!!! We called the waitress over immediately to point this out and she apologised saying that the cleaner didn't come in until the following day. I can't understand how this can be an excuse and we decided it was not worth staying as we had lost our appetite by then.
I normally do not write bad reviews as I think they can be unfair, but on this occasion I feel it must be highlighted that this place has very poor hygiene or certainly did on the day we visited.
