This is a Grand Hotel in the tradition of the continental Grand Hotel but on a smaller scale due to being situated in a Mallorca holiday resort. We only stayed bed and breakfast as we wanted to get out and about so I can't comment on dinner etc. I can't fault room 222 in the "new wing". Room with verandah overlooking pool and sea. More than enough plugs for the modern generation and functioning wi fi. Also Samsung smart TV. Apart from the omelette station not having onion, peppers, chillies plus Tabasco, there is a good choice at the breakfast buffet. We had lunch overlooking the sea in the more restauranty bit and snacks on the other side. Both sides no cause for complaint or problem. It is a varied menu. It's not cheap but neither is it a rip off. They know their market. The hotel is situated at the top end of the bay away from all the crowds and noise (not that there is a lot in this resort). It has an outdoor pool which anyone will tell you is cold. It has an indoor pool with small jacuzzi which is slightly warmer and a sauna. It has a gym where everything works. It has a spa/beauty therapy/massage salon. Occasional entertainment outside in the evening, but if you are looking for "show time" go elsewhere. It is on the pine walk situated directly opposite the small beaches that shelve into the bay. Clientele is predominantly UK with some French, Spanish and German. Taxis into town are 5 euros but the walk is only 15/20 mins. The only thing we had a problem with is this. Clientele can be shall we say, elderly, and not appreciative of kids playing and screaming in the pool which they prefer to be a shady library. As a result no Lilos and rings in the pool was a bone of contention for some. Not us as it happens with our 8 year old but if you have a young family intent on pool time can I recommend the Illa D'Or apartments with the bigger pool? Good Hotel.
