“So so tapas for tourists”

We ate as a family here while on holiday in Alcudia
It was all OK, nothing particularly great but nothing to mark down either. It was one of those meals that would slip into obscurity were it not for the view over the harbour, not enough to trade on with all the competition along the seafront.
Wouldn't rush back but also would a avoid

“Fantastic service, delicious tapas, 2nd visit this holiday.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 June 2014 via mobile

Puerto Pollenca is just beautiful-a must-see area of Mallorca.

We got the bus from alcudia on 2 occasions & dined at Port 31 both times. The service was consistently excellent, the waitress & waiter were very attentive, pleasant & accommodating.

We've found tapas to be very expensive in Mallorca so we took advantage of the 8 dishes for €16.80 per person & the restaurant had no problem whatsoever in swapping the squid tapas for meatballs at no extra charge.

Can definitely recommend giving this restaurant a try, the tapas was delicious, the setting beautiful & the service excellent.

“Customer service, what customer service?!”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 June 2014

Having dined here on a previous holiday, we were looking forward to a lovely meal but one rude unprofessional waiter changed that. He clearly didn't want to have to deal with our group of 4 adults and 4 well behaved children who are used to restaurants and quite ignorantly refused to seat us directing us to the seating area next door. It was early in the evening with plenty of space in the restaurant. He should not be working in the customer service industry with that attitude. We and our friends will never dine there again. Restaurant Iru on the other hand was fantastic, the staff helpful, welcoming and interactive and the food delicious.

“Shocking.”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 June 2014

We had a terrible experience here tonight where we asked for a large table 4 adults and 4 children. Bearing in mind this was early evening and the place was practically empty, the waiter basically told us he could not accommodate us and turned us away. We felt he simply did not want to deal with our children who are normally very well behaved.
