We have just returned from Sis Pins. Located in a magnificent location just 20 yards or so from water,s edge. The hotel is well laid out, one enters from the back when alighting from the bus, down a wide hall into the sitting room. Reception on rhs, bedrooms are located on first and second floors, lift or stairs available. Bedrooms have plenty of storage space, comfortable beds, kettle with tea/coffee provided. Ensuite has shower over bath, and is of a decent size, bath towels were very small. Noise was a slight irritation from street traffic at 0430, and room
sound proofing was again an issue, or inconsiderate 60/70 year olds!! Breakfasts were good, continental or English with sufficient choice, quantity and quality, and were taken on the terrace 00730-1030. Sun loungers were provided for everyone in Sis Pins private enclosure on beach front, supposedly available after breakfast, but even the British like to put their towels out before!! Beach towels are available on deposit of refundable E10, as is room safe key. Cappuccino, attached to Sis Pins provides drink and food after breakfast until late at night, but is pricey. Sis pins is possibly one of the prettiest hotels, in the nicest position within the Port of Pollens a.

Room Tip: Sea view would have been superb, what a view, we were in the back Room 203

We spent a week at the Sis Pins Hotel in Pureto Pollensa in early June this year. Amazing location, amazing hotel, amazing staff. The Hotel has been decorated to an excellent standard. My favourite time of day has to be the breakfast served on the veranda - I felt very spoiled and the food was fantastic. We will definitely return as soon as we can. Thank you everyone at the Sis Pins.

We spent a week at the sis pins hotel in puerto pollensa on 10 June 2013. The hotel is in a fabulous location right on the pine walk. The hotel was tastefully decorated and the staff were very helpful and friendly! My only problem was the beds which were very hard and uncomfortable. As I suffer from a bad back I found this made sleeping difficult!

I did speak to the staff and they changed the mattress but it wasn't much better. Most of the rooms have twin beds which are unsuitable for couples.

Other than that its a lovely hotel in a perfect location. However due to the bed situation I will not be booking into this hotel again.

Room Tip: I would opt for a room sea facing as these seem to be the only ones with double beds!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Sis Pins last October and have just returned from a second stay there. We have stayed at other hotels in the Port and we feel that by far the Sis Pins is the nicest. The location couldn't be better, with the beach on your doorstep and many wonderful restaurants and bars to enjoy day or night. The staff offer a very genuine, sincere, caring service to all, from the happy maids to the cheery breakfast staff, from the girls on reception to the management. You are made to feel very welcome from the moment you step inside the door. The rooms are kept immaculate. Our room looked out towards the sea, it was addictive people watching just as you're having a glass of wine on the balcony before going out. I have recommended this hotel to all our friends and family and many have booked up for this year. I can clearly see why this hotel has recently been awarded with a Certificate of Excellence Award, the Staff and the Management deserve such good praise - we'll be back!!

my wife and i have just returned from a 10 night stay at the sis pins,we paid 1400 euro for a sea view room after reading other reviws.room 121 is directly above the hotel front entrance and has superb sea views, however it is rather noisy outside due to the cappuccino bar staying open till early morning .obviously the hotel cannot be held responsible for this but it is evidence of further encroachment.inside our room was tiny with only 1 wardrobe and the terrace area is hardly private with many pairs of eyes peering down from the balconies on the 2nd floor [a better choice of room and cheaper] the noise from above is quite annoying as is the noise of the maids chattering away at the top of thier voices at 9 am outside the door.however the staff are very nice and helpful and the immediate area is one of the nicest on majorca.lots of good restraunts nearby with special mention for tribeca and ambrosia both very good value with great chefs and staff.

Room Tip: sea view 2nd floor

I am very sorry to read this review, especially when most of our other reviews give us glowing reports. Its very difficult pleasing everyone, some people like to see the maids working hard to do the rooms early, not too early, but in this case 9am was too early. The problem is we have to prepare 51 rooms each day, some are for new arrivals who want their rooms as soon as possible. Most Spanish Ladies talk in a loud voice in their excitement to get things done. I have now ask them to talk to each other a little quieter and go about their work with less speed to keep the noise lower
The rooms are what they are and I don’t think I have ever had a complaint before about the size of the wardrobes, not even from my wife to be, who always travels with a dress and a pair of shoes for every hour in the day. Re the noise from Cappuccino, I have asked the people to keep the music lower.
Apologies and I hope you will call and see us on your next visit to Pollensa, at least to have a coffee with me
