We visited port de pollenca 2 years ago and came across Sis Pins and the Cappuccino grand cafe. Sis pins is such a sweet little hotel and does exactly what is says on the tin. Yes it's not a 5* flash hotel but that's what I love most about it I think. We had a room at the back of the hotel, yes a tad noisy but nothing my ear plugs didn't sort out! Rooms basic but very clean and just somewhere to rest your head. Breakfast was delicious, both continental and full English was available. Staff very friendly too. Free wifi also a bonus. Private terrace in front of the sea for sis pins guests only, just a hop and a skip and you're on the beach. Pollenca is how I remember the med 40 odd years ago. We ate lunch at the cappuccino grand cafe, food, wine service amazing but that comes with a price. I would not hesitate to stay at the sis pins, it's a little hidden gem with a hint of 1950's decadence about it! Loved the black and white pics in the hotel of port de pollenca and the hotel from the 50's too! Hint for a restaurant...you must try can cuarassa! €7 in a cab!! Beautiful food and service! Book and enjoy!

Go back in time, back to the 50s when customer services meant something and that’s what we try to do today, do the best we can.

I remember when I first came to Port de Pollensa in the early seventies and going inside the Sis Pins and thinking we must book here for next year only to find when tried we had left it too late, it was fully booked, and some things never change

I also like the restaurant C’an Cuarassa, which I believe is owned by the same people who owned the Stay Restaurant here in the Port de Pollensa

Thank you for your excellent review and we look forward to seeing you again

The hotel Sis Pins is located directly on the Pine Walk a beautiful spot. I counted the steps from coming out of the door to the sun loungers, and it was twenty steps, another ten and you were in the sea. Wonderful, as my partner has difficulty with walking. It's a small hotel and everyone is so friendly. The staff are all super and it's immaculately clean and tidy.
We had a balcony room over looking the sea and harbour to the right and in front of us little boats were bobbing about in the sea, wonderful view to sit and drink you G N Ts ( our tipple) and eat you nibbles before venturing out to eat at the various restaurants all very close. Breakfast is served under cover amongst the bourgonvilia or out in the sunshine overlooking the Med, full English or Continental just lovely, an amazing Hotel, this is our 4th year, and we have booked again for next year, we couldn't imagine our holiday year without coming here. Well done Sis Pins team you get our Gold Star.

Room Tip: We love the balcony room overlooking the Pine Walk and Sea, just wonderful. But it's a small hot...

I have just returned from the Sis Pins Hotel, after spending a week there. The reception staff are absolutely wonderful, they gave us such a warm welcome, after our horrendous journey ,(thanks to
the French Air Traffic Controllers strike. )We felt immediately at home ,and in fact all the staff were
very helpful and cheerful at all times.
The hotel and bedrooms are slightly dated, but immaculately clean. The breakfasts were fine, the
cooked breakfast being excellent.
I would not hesitate to strongly recommend the hotel to anyone that values the importance of
warm hospitality over designer fittings and fixtures.
Thanks to all the "team" at the Sis Pins for a super week.

Room Tip: The hotel does not have a swimming pool or fitness room so discount the ratings of "terrible&qu...

We have been holidaying in Puerto Pollensa for over 20 years but in our own apartment. We sold this last October but so wanted to return there each year.We clearly were aware of the location and its connection with the Cappaccino chain and decided that Ses Pins was the only place for us to stay in the Port. So June this year we booked a sea-view room with balcony, and we were not disappointed. From the initial welcome at reception everything was perfect. The quality of breakfasts included in the price was exceptional, and the friendly welcoming service was of the highest order. The hotels proximity to the beach, the provision of sun-loungers and towels provided all you could wish for in a beach-side location..one suggestion I could make is that the facility to charge drinks and food to the hotel account, when using the Cappaccino, would be more than welcome, especially if advantageous prices were offered.
Needless to say we have already booked for next year.Well done Ses Pins

Room Tip: Book very early to avoid disappointment

A great review thank you and I will look into the possibility of charging Cappuccino to the rooms, not sure this will happen as we are still in the 50s and all those new-fangled ideas haven’t reached the Port of Pollensa yet

Just arrived home after 12 nights at the Sis Pins. Wonderful location, wonderful hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient in all areas. From arrival at Reception everything went like clockwork. Minor maintenance issue dealt with quickly and to complete satisfaction. Breakfast is in a dream location on terrace adjacent to the esplanade looking out on the bay. An ideal place to relax with no concerns. Can't wait to get back and have already booked for next year. Look out for the "ageing rock star".

Sue & I decided to have a break in Puerto Pollenca, Where to stay, the Hotel Sis Pins. The hotel is right on the edge of the sea. Everything is excellent at the Sis Pins - hotel, position, food, staff, rooms and the views when drinking a glass of chilled wine anytime of the day or night.
Everything is so relaxing at the Sis Pins.

My wife and I recently spent two nights at Hotel Sis Pins in Port de Pollenca, Mallorca, and the experience rivaled the best Mediterranean oceanfront escapade you can imagine. Located on the beach, a short stroll (300 meters) from the bus stop (Line 340 takes you from Palma's main station to Port de Pollenca) the hotel is perfection.

Prices are more than reasonable. A free breakfast is included, which includes buffet items (wonderful fresh fruit, Mallorcan cheese, jamon, etc) as well as made to order items (all are free). The breakfast alone is worth the price of your stay. Perched in picturesque cafe tables, under massive white umbrellas and sprawling bougainvillea, the views of the sea, mountains, and yachts are priceless. Rooms come with air, cable, beautiful tiled floors and balconies (it costs little more to have a see view). Wifi is available in the lobby and outside on the covered patio, free towels and chairs are available to hotel guests, and the service is personable, quick, and caters to speakers of multiple languages. The road along the beach is pedestrian only, and is lined with a myriad of beautiful al fresco restaurants all at reasonable prices, and many other authentic dining options abound on nearby side streets.

If you want a unique experience on an island in the Mediterranean, try the Hotel Sis Pins, and you will not be disappointed!

Room Tip: Choosing a beachfront room for the small difference in price, will afford patrons unparalleled views...
