Beautiful hotel and setting just yards from the beach. Immaculate standards and hotel smells of polish and fresh flowers. Lovely staff ,cleaners and management can't do enough to make your stay a joy. Beware though there are no lifts ,so if you struggle with stairs it could spoil you stay. We'll be be back for sure.

Enjoyed 10 days at Villa Singala recently and can honestly say that this is a lovely hotel .
Please do not be put off by its 3 star rating : this is a hotel which could teach some 5 star establishments a thing or two about what really matters to guests.
The hotel is very clean, maid service excellent with clean towels every day .
Continental breakfast was very nice : nothing too fancy but perfectly acceptable.
The hotel has an excellent air conditioning system.
Pool area clean and well maintained.
The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous.
Undoubtedly what makes this hotel so special is the manager, Josef : such good manners, polite , sincere and helpful without being " over the top ".
This is the perfect holiday hotel for couples looking for a quiet , restful and enjoyable holiday.
There is a nice mixture of returning clients ( some couples visit here year upon year ) and new visitors.
Josef has the knack of making everyone feel welcome.
I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel in the future.

Enjoyed a 7 night stay in the Villa Singala from the 25th June. The Hotel is spotlessly clean and very well run and maintained. Our room (102) was lovely, quite small but with a big terrace overlooking the pool and mountain backdrop. This is not the hotel for you if you expect entertainment and/ or a late night bar, which suited us fine. It was perfect for a stroll along the waterfront into the centre for a few drinks and food then a stagger back. It is set in a very pretty and quiet part of Puerto Pollensa, about 10 - 15 mins to the centre. All the staff were friendly and attentive but simply let you get on with your holiday and EVERYTHING in the room worked which is rare even in a 5 star hotel !
The StoreFormentor, opposite the Hotel is worth popping in for a swift beer and the Laguna pool bar which is only a few yards away from the hotel, and is a very nice sunbathing area, is free for anyone to use as long as you buy a drink.
The Restaurants in Puerto Pollensa are plentiful but quite pricey. Marina Bar/ Bistro was good if you wanted something different from the usual. Got a good Paella in a back street restaurant called Bodega Can Ferra. Maxim restaurant in the main square did a good set menu. "Stay" restaurant on the Marina has a good lunchtime tapas menu and good views (also my best pint of Mahou of the week !) The Hotel Daina changes its sunbathing area into the Lemon cocktail bar on a night time. The Tapas Route (every Thursday) is worth doing for a laugh and something different. Pollensa town is worth visiting for the day/ lunch. 9 Euros taxi.
We will definitely return to Puerto Pollensa and would highly recommend the Villa Singalla.

Room Tip: Balconies facing the sea (sort of) may be more popular but could possibly become very hot. Rooms ov...

We have just spent another of we hope many holidays at Villa Singala Hotel. Nothing we believe could make us want to stay anywhere else. This hotel gives you the best holiday for so many many reasons.
You have a really peaceful environment spotlessly clean superb service always given with enthusiasm and kindness.
Nothing is too much trouble whatever the time day or night Josep and his team always listen and give you the service you require to the highest standard possible.
When leaving the hotel I left my mobile phone in the foyer. What other hotel manager would follow immediately and meet the transfer coach to return the mobile? - ONLY Villa Singala.
We cannot wait to return again later this year. We would never want to stay anywhere else for all the above reasons and also the perfect location. Such a perfect pine walk place to be, just cant wait to be back. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.

Just returned from the Villa Singala and was pleasantly surprised by most aspects and understand why it has achieved such good reviews. First of all the hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout, staff were all very pleasant and helpful. My wife and I were allocated a room which although was very clean it was a little small, bathroom had a very good shower (no bath) and the wash hand basin was small (very little space for your toiletries). Air conditioning was excellent and we had a nice view from our window to the mountains. I thought breakfast was quite good but a tad repetitive, however, lunch was very good and excellent value for the money. The hotel had a nice little pool with Sunbeds and chairs, however, you have to be quick off the mark as they are reserved quickly. Finally, I would say that overall this is a pleasant little hotel and good value for money. My only reservation about this hotel is that as the same guests return year on year we noticed that they were in cliques.

Room Tip: I would recommend a balcony - One tip not relating to the hotel - do not buy cold drinks from the fr...

Have just returned from what we would class as"our second home", we have been going to Villasingala twice a year for year now, I would class Josep as a friend instead of a hotel manager, there are not enough praise we can give this hotel, have provisionally booked to go back again twice next year, "Best little hotel in the world" in our humble opinion, Dani&Irene

Room Tip: No keeping the room we get a secret

Just returned from a 5 day stay in Villa Singala. A fantastic hotel and spotlessly clean. Josep and all the staff will do everything to make your stay a happy one. In a quiet part of the resort but still only a 15 minute walk to the centre on pine walk. Breakfast fine and plenty of choice. Can't wait to go back.

Room Tip: Pick room with balcony.
