Having spent a week at this hotel this July we enjoyed it so much that we went again in late September early October. Once again everythings was great, most of the holiday makers were elderly like ourselfs and thankfully the weather was good. As before everything was above our expectations and we will certainly be back next year if these good reviews haven't let the secret out this the resort and the hotel are great. Friendly staff as well. The entertainment was good especially the permanent staff. With the exception of the Micheal Jackson Tribute, he could dance but he couldn't sing.

Room Tip: If you want a quiet room with a view of the mountains ask for a rear room in either A & B blocks...

My sister and I returned from a mini break to the Puerto Azul on Monday 22nd October, after a stay of 4 days. We booked online via easyjet so only had photos to go by, no personal recommendations. I can only say what a lovely time we had. We went half board and the food was great, the staff so friendly and helpful. The rooms and outdoor/indoor areas kept spotless.
The rooms are very spacious, the pool area lovely (although the pool was a wee bit cold!), my personal opinion! It was quiet as it was not in any school holiday and a bit out of season so there were plenty of sun loungers, room at the bar etc. The hotel entertainer was fab, kept everyone interested and happy, but not pushy.I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed for two weeks half board in October. The weather and Hotel were excellent. Staff extremely friendly; cleanliness excellent; food very good. We stayed on the third floor (top) overlooking the school and mountains. It was quiet and cool. There was a lift if we had chosen to use it.

The scenery, walks in the mountains, promenade were all delightful, what more could you expect? This was our first visit to Majorca and I can well understand why many of the guests at this Hotel return time & time again (some twice per year). Please don't forget your travel kettle though you can hire one at the Hotel

Room Tip: Top floor block C overlooking the mountains

Have just returned from the Valentin Puerto Azul Aparthotel and would return tomorrow. Very clean, rooms, food very good. There was entertainment every day if you wanted to take part - poolside quizes, games for children and evening entertainment.

Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Towels changed and rooms cleaned daily. I have read how some people thought the rooms were shabby but it is a 3 star hotel and haveing travelled a lot in the Med and Greece I thought that the rooms were fine, plenty of room and all had a terrace or balcony.

The food is buffet style and very good. there was a selection of cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cooked meats and cheese and the good old english fried breakfast. Evenings there was a good selection of salad and fish, meats and a vegetarian option folowed by delicious deserts, fresh fruit and ice cream. It was all help yourself and as much as you wanted to eat. If there was nothing to suit you then I suggest that perhaps self catering would be a good idea....

This was our second visit to Puerto Pollensa and it certainly won't be our last. It is a lovely place and the beaches are fantastic. It has a lovely square just off the beach past the bus station and there are some lovely restaurants and bars. We went for a walk there from the hotel and it is literally 7 minutes away. The market is well worth a trip and that is held in the square. - forgotten whether that was Tuesday or Wednesday....
If you like Jass and Blues there is a great group that plays in a bar on the corner of the square on Tuesday nights I believe the bar is called the Hostal.

Drinks and food are reasonable if you want to eat out and Manduka just off the square makes lovely pizza and pasta.

Catch the local bus up to Pollensa Village. It is a lovely place and only takes about 20 minutes form the bus station on the seafront. It really is beautiful. There are the 353 Calvary steps to climb up to the church and the view is fantastic. You don't have to climb them to enjoy Pollensa though. Loads of little boutiques and cafe bars a people watchers paradise....

All in all a great place to visit. No drunks and shouting late at night and we felt very safe there.

Room Tip: Choose a poolside view room as some of them look out onto the mountains

Just got back from an 11 night stay with my daughter - just brilliant. Clean, friendly, excellent food, staff amazing, entertainment great, location perfect, resort safe and beaches beautiful .................... I could go on but I think everyone else has said it all! Already looking to re book for next year. If anyone can find fault with this hotel then they must be the type of people that are never satisfied - there's no pleasing some folk. This is classed as a 3 star hotel but in my book it deserves a better rating. Big shout out to Sorin who entertained both the adults and the children - he was brilliant, we loved him.

Room Tip: Take paper/plastic cups plates etc as rooms have kitchen facilities. You can hire the fridge and ke...

We went as a group of 11 friends and got a fantastic discount on an 11 day stay at this hotel. The staff went out of there way to make sure that we sat together for meals, rearranging the tables to ensure this. All the staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, the food was good and plentiful and for a 3 star hotel this was superb. Some of our party had been there before and I would definitely see if there were vacancies at this hotel if I decied to vist the area again.

Room Tip: We asked for mountain view rooms on a high floor and got what we asked for (but this isn't guara...
