“Perfect stay in a perfect villa”

Just got back from the best family holiday we’ve ever had! We’re a family of 7 so tend to opt for villas with pools over hotels but staying here felt like we had a boutique hotel all to ourselves. The villa is super stylish and everything is big and grand from the second you walk through the front door. Huge entrance hall leads off to massive lounge area with loads of full height sliding glass doors which reveal the beautiful garden and pool. There’s super comfy sunbeds all along the pool, some of which are double - and you can’t actually appreciate from photos how large the sun area is unless you are sat there marveling at it. When we arrived we were literally all gobsmacked.

There’s a massive hot tub which we began every morning with and it was also great sat in it with our drinks in the evening whilst the sun went down over the mountains.

The location is super awesome too, as it’s very close to the sea and from there you can just either go straight to the sea there or walk another 10 mins and you are in the port which has loads and loads of restaurants. There’s a restaurant a few mins walk away from the villa itself which is really nice but one we favoured a lot was in the square as kids ate free - we asked them if that still applied to our large family and they said of course. The food everywhere was amazing, even when it was free - the kids had “chicken nuggets” on their kids menus but it wasn’t standard uk frozen chicken nuggets it was actually real chicken which we were all shocked by considering we weren’t even paying for it! The meats and seafood is normally cooked on wood fires which makes it taste extra special.

Back at the villa I tried my hand at cooking over a wood fire too as there is a massive argentinian barbeque which we used a lot as it was so nice cooking outside whilst the kids were all having fun in the pool. The local supermarkets all have isles and isles of fresh and cured meat and the fish counter at one was about 100 meters long - the kids loved looking at all the different fish and lobsters there. We tried cooking so many things on the BBQ we even managed to run out of the generous supply of wood but the owner immediately sent someone round to replenish the supply with not only more wood than we could burn for our remaining stay but also gave us a couple of bags of charcoal - just in case we grew tired of cooking over wood but he needn’t have bothered as I’m never going going back to charcoal now.

So pretty much everything was perfect, the villa, the weather, the location and I’ve got to say, the owner was the coolest person I’ve never met. (I spoke to him on the phone to book and to find out stuff about the villa and the area and although we sadly never got to meet him he was forever sending around his helpers to sort out high chairs, fuel and we even got given a driving tour of the area for where the best shops were). Plus, on the first day I made an off the cuff remark about the me being a bit of a sissy about water temperatures of pools and he had his guy Miguel come over and whack the heating right up which was super nice as we travelled in april and it must have cost him a fortune!

I’ve stayed at many different villas in mallorca and ibiza and have easily paid twice as much per week for a villa not even as half as good as this so wanted to say a massive thanks to our host for his generosity and for letting us have this experience in his beautiful villa as we felt more like we were the cherished guests of a benevolent millionaire rather than being on a paid for holliday!

With thanks from Tommy, Chloe, Izzy, Satchy, Kitty, Raffy, Huxley

We have stayed at this beautiful villa for the last 3 years and are going back this year, Very spacious with all 4 bedrooms en-suite . Excellent kitchen and breakfast
area with everything you could ask for. Outside area is great with a very nice sized
pool. A truly 5 star villa only a few minutes walk to the beach.

Nice place very large great rooms
Kitchen not kitted out very well , furniture in garden was old and two chairs unsafe to use , quite a few small tiles in the pool fallen off and in the bottom of pool .
We're supposed to be an extra bed on arrival but they had forgotten so two in our party had to sleep on the sofas.
So wanted to love the place and don't like complaining !
