So this waas my first air show and I neither knew what to expect nor expected much at all. For a small entrance fee and secure parking, it turned out to be a lovely day out. Small flea market stalls, hotdogs, boerewors rolls and hamburgers with slushy's for sale at a fair price. Beers and ciders were also for sale. I was amazed by the air acrobats with hear stopping tricks in the sky, the roar of the fighter jets was awesome, simulation air combats and even more the simulation of how game rangers protect our endangered wildlife such as our precious Rhino. Beautiful jets and airplanes, interesting facts about the different aircraft could be heard from loud speakers and the airforce museum was just as interesting. Many people took along picnic baskets and folding chairs, sat on the grass and watched the air show through binoculours. A play area was set up for little kids to play on. Yes, I would go again.
