    We should have stayed somewhere else

    Panglao Regents Park is just new but nothing much to offer.

    Good points:
    1. New and clean
    2. Nice pool
    ---------------
    Bad points
    1. Low water pressure in the toilet. We have to manually put water in the tank so it will flush.
    2. Long walk to the beach.
    3. No service water. They are charging P10 for boiled water and does not want to give drinking water.
    4. And lastly, our major complaint was that the management never gave a feed back about our super bad experience due to their "out sourced" dishonest and inefficent boatmat. Since we puchased a sea tour package, they should have been more careful on choosing who they will be partnering with. Below is our compaints about this boat man.

    a. His boat broke down twice. Imagine, we are already in the middle of the ocean and then we have to return to the shore and transfer to their sister boat. Then the second boat after just 10minutes returned again due the machine won't start. We were behind by 2hours and reason why we did dolphin chasing and not dolphin watching.
    b.He also charged extra 100pesos as entrance to the fish sanctuary which we never visited.
    c. The life vest that we also used are sooooo substandard as well as his for rent goggles.

    I suggest if you will get a sea tour, hire your own boat man so you can inspect his gears and boat personally
    ------

    Next time we will go to Bohol, we will stay in BOhol bee farm or Dumuluan beach resort.

    Cool, clean, and friendly people!

    Been there a days ago and all I could is, people were so nice and friendly, the foods were so awesome (like the bread and the pasta!). the ambiance was very relaxing, the place is clean, but one thing i hate about it, is that, the resort is quite far from the beach. But still very cozy to stay in. Had wifi but only in the public places. The pool was deep for children (4ft-9ft). I`ll surely come back in Panglao Regents!

    Great service!

    We stayed in this hotel for about a week and the service was just great. The food was really good too except that the portions could be bigger. The pool was okay, not as clean and clear as I thought it would be. This hotel is really close to the beach. Wifi was free but the connection was only good in certain rooms. Overall, it was a nice place!

    Panglao Escapade

    This is a brand new resort with a very clean and spacious room and a large pool..This resort is a 10 mins.walk to the beach..Hotel staff is very helpful in everything we needed.. On both of our stays there we had no complains and love the resort...

    beautiful new hotel

    The Panglao Regents Park (next to Charts) was only two months old when I stayed there in January 2010. It is not seaside but is only a 7-minute walk to the beach and there are several good restaurants nearby. It is the nicest hotel I have stayed at in the Philippines and was only 1800p/N (I got a free upgrade to a standard deluxe as all the standards were booked). The deluxe is regularly 2200p. All rooms have a balcony or patio with 2 wicker chairs and a table overlooking a beautiful infinity pool. In the room is a comfortable bed with your choice of large or small pillows (the large are only good for watching cable TV in bed; for sleep you need the small pillows), fridge, writing table, 2 bedside tables, excellent closet and cupboard space, an enclosed shower with very hot water and water pressure that you only find at home. The only drawback is that there is no hot water in the bathroom sink.

    Avoid ordering any of their happy-hour drinks that contain tequila, as they use the cheapest rotgut tequila I have ever tasted - el hombre, I think; it is undrinkable.
