The hotel is an old one so don't expect anything grandeur for the price P1,200 per night. The room have a very small old tv to be assigned to a big room. We can't even see clearly cos it's too small. Lol the bathroom is just ok.. smells bad!! What's funny is sometimes there's a hotshower and sometimes it didn't work. I think it depends on the time of the day.. The cabinet is very old, looks icky.. We had a room for 3 pax which is big but we only paid 1,200 per night. The food is I'll say ok.. Nothing special! it's just not worth it... We ordered sizzling sisig and they gave us sizzling ground pork with some carrots on it. Looks like some leftovers for spring rolls but the serving size is bigger compared to other resto. There's a live band every night which stops at around 11 or 12 mn i guess..

The room given to us had a funny smell. The toilet and bath had a very bad layout. I wonder if the ones who designed it even considered using the T&B. There is no partition separating the bathroom from the toilet; hence the whole place gets flooded each time someone takes a bath. On top of that, the bathroom, rather than the toilet, is in front of the door. Imagine what it's like to enter the T&B after someone had taken a bath!

We were there for a workshop. When I came in at around 7 am, no one was cleaning. Just as were getting ready to set up the function room at around 8 am, they started mopping the room and sprayed a really strong room air freshener. I
The smell was so strong we had to leave the doors open for a while.

Food was lousy! Everything was sweet. The Spanish omelette was the worst,. It wasn't only sweet but also seemed to be stuffed with leftover food.

The only nice thing about the placebos the good view of the city.

First and foremost, the front desk officer was very nice. I called the hotel's cellphone number to inquire for availability and was very happy with the FO, very nice and accommodating. They offer free airport/port transfer both ways even if you will only stay overnight, most especially they agree fetching you at the port even at 5:00 o'clock in the morning! On top of that, they even also allow you to check-in at 5:30AM after fetching you with no additional charge. This really means a lot to us since nowadays hotel people will almost always make money to the guests in even little things.

Their accommodation does not include the breakfast which fine. We got the standard room at 1,200php per night. Their plated breakfast is around 100++. The hotel staff were all nice. The hotel is a little old but well-maintained. It offers a breathtaking view of Bohol. Although our assigned room looks a little old, we didn't mind because we got a very good service at a pocket-friendly price.

If you are planning to stay here, it is advisable to have a vehicle since its a little bit distant to most places in Bohol.

Very happy with our stay. Thanks Bohol Plaza.

I stayed last month with my family (wife and daughter). We stayed on the cottage room for 2 nights. I got the hotel info from the web and the photos enticed us to go for it. Honestly speaking, the hotel looks good from the outside: nice lobby, nice exteriors, equipped with public pool and jacuzzi, and the place is overlooking the seaside and the island because it is on the hill.

HOWEVER, I would say that the room (cottage room) is not well maintained - the room feels damp (with a damp smell), the toilet and bathroom smells rusty because of the water supply which smell like rust; the shower head is rusty and worn out; room paint is peeling off on all sides; the bedside chest drawer is unusable (the drawer got an old speaker inside - what the hell is that for?!); worst of all, the room is poorly lit - only 1 light bulb on the entrance door, 1 bedside desk lamp, and 1 light bulb on the dresser mirror. I find it a challenge to read inside the room unless you get really close to the bedside desk lamp. We tried to check their so-called hotel rooms and was surprised to find out that it has the same poorly lit rooms.

After our daily tour in bohol, we always eat our dinner there because we have no choice - the resort is somehow isolated. The price of the food doesn't match the quality. They charge you really high. The restaurant has a nightly live band which plays so loud, thus making conversation impossible but I love live music anyway. That's why I won't recommend staying near the restaurant because of the loud music (unless you sleep after 11 pm, that's when the band stops playing).

The staff are courteous and willing to help. They have wifi on the restaurant and the lobby, and they provide pick-up and drop off at the ferry terminal / airport. That is a plus point for them. As I have said, it only looks good from the outside. However, the place has so many things to improve and it is my hope that the management is taking time to read comments like this so they can improve their service and as a result improve their business.

Room Tip: Don't stay on cottage rooms.

We did spend our honeymoon in this hotel. The view is beautiful, atop the hill where you get to see the city.
The air is fresh and the place is exclusive. The pool was nice, he food is good and the staff were friendly. The place is quite quiet so it gives you peaceful environment.
