Due to lack of suitable disabled accommodation, I booked into the new Captains Rooms. The room was beautiful and well appointed, with efficient heating. The bathroom stunning, with sensor low lights, making those mid night visits easy. A lovely sea view. Disappointed at the lack of drawers to put things into, instead of leaving them around making the room look untidy. On request, a shower stool was supplied on loan, and suction grab rails were put up, to make the easily accessible shower user friendly for the disabled. The food was greatly improved this time, but unfortunately it was mostly lukewarm by the time it reached the table. They need to find a better system to keep meals hot, until the waiter/waitress is ready to deliver them to the guests. The entertainment team put on a panto this time, which was excellent. The normal in house entertainment is rather end of school term show, and has been mostly the same shows each week for a year. They need to change them more often, for the benefit of regular guests. The musicals show is ok, but needs to have different musicals featured. My advice for chosing a good room, would be to book a Captains room, but dont have room 901, unless you are a latenight reveller, as you can hear the music from the solent lounge through the walls. I had to use earplugs and a pillow over my head to get to sleep!

Room Tip: Best rooms seem to be Captains Rooms as they are the newest, but dont have room 901, as it is very n...

A promising holiday break, with friends, that was ruined by the hotel's disgraceful accommodation: Small room, small 'double bed', worn out mattress, no windows and no redress. Don't be fooled by the Warner Brochure. You have been warned!

This was our 7 year at this hotel best in the business. Days of complete bliss. The in house entertainment was the best that has ever been at the hotel.Don't lose them amazing singers and dancers.Food and staff was great. There is also lots of areas to walk close to the hotel.A couple of points to the manager it's the first hotel we have ever been to that you have to buy your after meal coffee such a shame and a bit ott, also the dance floor has been reduced in size and gets very crowded when there is a full house. Please bring back afternoon tea dances was greatly missed.Other than that please keep up the good work

This is the third year we've stayed at Warners Bembridge for my birthday and this year we had all inclusive drinks package for the first time. With images of the bar being six deep and people taking advantage of the AI, we were gladly surprised this was not the case and would compliment the bar staff 100%. Lovely friendly resort and lovely coastal views of the Solent coastline. Food excellent as was our waiter Martin who looked after us. Thoroughly recommend this Warner's as giving you value for money.

Room Tip: We've had Signature Rooms for the last 2years and enjoy the extra comfort you get for not too mu...

The hotel is clean and comfortable, although the restaurant is a little on the overcrowded side, with tables very close together.
However, the location right on the sea shore is fabulous, and the walks are great.
Food is good, people are friendly, and all in all, a lovely break !

Just returned from our first Turkey & Tinsel, (not our first time at Warners), a great 4 days. The in-house entertainments team led by Holly was outstanding, they put so much energy into the singing and dancing. We really enjoyed the pantomime, and laughed and laughed. There was so much to do including quizzes, aqua exercise, magicians, sporting activities and the comedian Tank Sherman was excellent, I am still laughing at his jokes. The food was excellent, lots of choice, and the staff are so friendly. We stayed in the Ledge House (the older part of the hotel), our room was very cold, but on telling our housekeeper, she immediately got the handyman to look at it, and also gave us a heater. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel itself is situated in a lovely position, great scenery, and there is a list of the cruise ships leaving Southampton, so you can spot them. Also the lifeboat station is in walking distance. We were amazed at the size of the indoors bowl hall, although we didn't take part. But there is something to do for everyone.

Room Tip: I chose a room without a bath, thinking the room would be bigger, but it was one of the smallest roo...

We have just returned from Bembridge. sadly this was a poor experience after having many happy times at other Warner hotels. The public area was very cold and my advise to other travellers is to take warm clothes, I had to go out and buy a body warmer as I had to keep my coat on when we had lunch. The food was not very hot and you now have to pay extra for coffee/tea after your meal.I have given this hotel a 2 star rating for the entertainment value which was good.
