We have just returned from a two night stay at the Kenmore Club. The chalets are well furnished, and very spacious. They have a fully fitted kitchen, microwave, full cooker, oven, and fridge. TV and DVD players in lounge, and TV in bedroom. Toilet upstairs and toilet and shower with bathroom downstairs. They leave toiletries for you, which is a nice touch. They also leave, washing up liquid ect in the kitchen, and sachets of tea, coffee and sugar. The place is so tranquil and location could not be better. We had a view over Loch Tay looking up to the hills, perfect. The chalets are spotless clean, and the heating is amazing, in fact we were to hot and had to turn of some of the radiators. We went to the swimming pool twice, and you can use the jacuzzi and sauna, again facilities are perfect.

Room Tip: I feel all the rooms have great views

Me and my partner came away to hear for a few nights last minute and loved every minute of it. set in a tranquil peaceful location couldn't have asked for more.

The property we stayed in had lovely views of the hills and was well equipped for our stay with fully equipped kitchen TV DVD player toilet upstairs and toilet and bathroom downstairs couldn't have asked for anymore especially at paying £80 for 2 nights.

Aberfeldy was about ten minutes drive away where their is a cinema co-op for some shopping if you fancy cooking than going out for a meal and plenty of restaurants.

Overall we loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate on going back amazing value for money.

The only slight niggle we had which was you had to pay for the Wi-Fi which in this day in age usually anywhere you go now Wi-Fi is usually free. we had our laptop smartphones and ipad with us. after us paying for the Wi-Fi using my iPhone to pay for it I went on to read that you have to pay for the Wi-Fi per night per device which we thought was shocking after putting it on to our phone we had to then put it on to the laptop so we could both use the internet on our separate devices which is ridiculous.

The Wi-Fi was poor, poor signal and dropped connection a lot which was a waste of money but suppose this is a small niggle if your their to enjoy the outdoors outwith the property then this will not be a problem to most people.

Thank you for your lovely comments.
It is great for us to read that you enjoyed the views from your apartment. We are glad to read that your apartment was well appointed and well kept.
We regret to read of your disappointment with the WIFI during your stay, the connection issues are something we are currently looking in to. The cost of the WIFI is something which is currently under review, there is a cost to operating internet and wi-fi services. Most businesses can incorporate this into their pricing and so appear to provide a free service, but in reality it is not. In order to do the same within a timeshare resort, each individual HOA Board must approve the cost of providing this service. The Boards, at this time, believe that each individual should pay those costs if they use the service, and so have decided not to include these costs in the budget and so increase maintenance fees, as this would effectively charge those who did not use the internet. That’s said, we are in discussions with the Boards at this time with a view to providing these services in the future.
We hope you will visit us again in the future.

We came away friday until sunday and had a great time here. From start until finish it was all good. On arrival we were quickly checked in and into our apartment, was really nicely laid out with the bedrooms downstairs and the living area upstairs.
One major problem we had was it was very icey at the time and its not the best road to drive along so in the dark and icey didnt help much but well worth it when we got here.
we made use of the leisure facilities - the gym is small but has the necessary things to help you tick over if your the kind of person that likes to keep fit on a mini break away!!!
the area is lovely and has some lovely views of the river.
Unfortunately we didn't get to eat in the restaurant as it wasn't open, we walked a couple minutes across the road to another village and had a lovely meal in there and a god few drinks as the atmosphere was really homely in there.

Rooms were very clean and spacious with lots of storage space.

Kitchen area had everything in it that you would need so no complaints there.

Staff were very friendly when we were there and gave alot of info on what was around the area.

the after service of the staff was great also - we left some jackets behind so i made a call to them, i organised a courier service to pick them up and i had them delivered back to me, the guy i dealt with was very friendly and packaged them up as neatly as he could and kept me updated on when they were dispatched.

all in all we had a great time and will deffinately go back again.

This is a Diamond Resort (Holliday club) so booked using our points, as it's low season we got a great low point deal for a weekend break in one of the elite accomadations, this was well worth it, the view was stunning and the accomadation was 5star as i've come to expect from Diamond, in in real terms it was amazing value.

Just a tip if travelling from the south Take the M80/A9 A827 route, Satnav and google took us the shorter route over the A826, which is 40miles less but as this was winter the road became unpassable due to snow laying on the road due to the altitude of the road.

Anyway Kenmore is a beautifull village, and Aberfeldy is big enough to have a few decent resteraunts and shops, a 20-30minute drive gets you to Pitlochry, we visited the Blair Athol Distillery (myself and the Father in-law that is), which is part of the Diagio group, become a friend of the diego whiskey club for free and you get a passport which gives you a free tour and dram at 12 of the 14 diagio owned distileries around scotland, the tour would have been £6.95 a person so worth doing. The Whiskey shop also had some excellent value bottles to purchase.

We used the swimming pool with the kids which was nice, it's a shame over Diamonds rules on kids and Jacuzzis, but at least the kids enjoyed the swim and it kept us out of the rain.

Our apartment was amazing, the scenery is breathtaking, the staff were so very friendly and helpfull as I find most Diamond staff to be, put all of that together and it makes for an excellent little break and present for my Father in-law.

Best of all no sales pitch!!!

Well done The Kenmore Club!

Room Tip: Go for Elite if you can!

Fab accommodation. As good as it gets for the price. The cottages are really well set up and a home away from home. The pool is not fancy but clean and big enough to put in lengths. Staff are helpful and really friendly. Only neg is the price on the wifi.

We are just back from a two night break with one of our grandsons. There was heavy snow forecast so we left home early. We arrived at 11.30 and to our delight our lodge was available. The furnishings were a bit dated but the lodge was well equipped, clean and comfortably hot. Despite the weather being atrocious, we managed to have a great break due mainly to the comfortable lodge and the swimming pool. A good place for a self catering holiday and the views from our lodge (18) we're quite spectacular.

Stayed in 3 bed roomed house which slept 8 with extra double bed being located in upstairs lounge. Facilities great, everything you need included, even towels for going to pool. All toiletries provided, and house warm and cosy. Depending where house situated you can have fantastic views. Within driving distance to Aberfeldy where they now have a cinema which is handy. This is a great venue for a chill out, great area for walks and a couple of nice restaurants near by.
Only down side was left something in house and when called less than 24 hours they told me it had been thrown out !!! so check house on departure as management didn't seem to be too concerned about this.

Room Tip: Ask for a house with loch view if possible

We are very sorry to read that one of your belongings which was left behind was disposed of by the housekeeping - we will address this with the team. We are delighted to know that you had an overall pleasant stay, however, and we hope to see you again in the future!
