Fantastic venue! Beautiful place beautiful views and surrounding. The restaurant is perfect, food and service was superb!
Possibly the best meal I have ever eaten! Very impressed! Me and my family all had different starters and mains so we got to see a wide selection of the good available. I had the black pudding starter and mixed grill for main. I was totally blown away by this meal! Must try and will definitely be back!

We received a warm welcome and despite a coachload of people arriving, the hotel was pleasantly quiet. Decoration was very tasteful, with old photographs and paintings well place for perusal.
The menu was comprehensive and the food well presented and very tasty. The bedroom was large warm and comfortable and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was in the form of the usual buffet and there was plenty choice.

Room Tip: Ask for a bedroom away from the kitchen as the extractor fans did hinder falling asleep rapidly. Per...

We were staying on the banks of Loch Tay (a truly stunning and magical location) and for the last evening of our holiday we wanted to have a meal out along with our friends and 3 kids. We happened upon the Kenmore Hotel and went in to see what menu was being offered. We were surprised to see a Grill menu and went about ordering 2 chateaubriand, sides and 3 kids meals. Firstly to the steak, it was cooked exceptionally and the sides were excellent. The kids meals were very well presented and the quality was excellent. The cost was very reasonable compared to other restaurants where we have tried the chateaubriand. The whole restaurant was a massive surprise to us and the quality of the food and service took our breath away. We will be back!

Spent a week staying at the Kenmore Club and having taken our dog with us we wanted somewhere to eat each evening where our dog would be welcome. Poets Bar in the Kenmore Hotel was walking distance for us, welcomed dogs, served good food, had friendly service, and was a great place for the later evening. Decent Whisky as well.

Add in the history of Rabbie Burns visiting and writing a poem on the wall, makes a great atmosphere for a wee dram on a evening in Scotland.

Thanks, we'll be back.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past and been delighted with the area, food provided and the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff.

Our elder daughter and her partner decided to get married at the Church in Kenmore followed by the reception at the hotel. We cannot praise the hotel and its staff highly enough. We stayed in one of the luxury lodges across the road from the hotel and it was very comfortable with a hot tub at the back which added to the fun. The reception itself was excellent and all our family and friends raved about it. The food was up to the standard we had experienced previously and the staff were an absolute delight. It is a shame to single out anyone as they were all excellent but a special mention to Lucy who was responsible for all the organisation on the big day! Nothing was too much trouble and she did it all with a smile.

If anyone out there wants to organise a wedding in the beautiful, scenic surroundings of Kenmore with the back up of an excellent hotel and staff then the Kenmore Hotel is the place for you!!

We have just spent 3 nights here and it was brilliant. The views of the river and the loch are breathtaking. The hotel itself was really good. The rooms are a wee bit tired but comfortable and clean. The staff are all very attentive and friendly. We took our dog with us and they were certainly dog friendly. Value for money was excellent. I would also HAVE to recommend the Cullen Skink. It was SOOOOO good and beautifully presented. Well worth a visit!

Room Tip: We stayed in an annexe of the hotel because we had our dog with us so I don't know what the hote...

Stayed 2 nights here on a dinner B&B rate which was reasonable considering it was high season. We were in the West Wing area, so no idea if the rooms in the main part of the hotel have been re-furbished or not. The room was comfortable and spacious with a desk and non flat screen TV, tea and coffee, one arm chair. Perfectly adequate and the bed was comfortable. The shower room was small, but did have space to put a wash bag, and had good size towels, but it all felt rather tired.
In the room, there was a folder with things to see and do in the area, but nothing with any information about the hotel- meal times, history of hotel, what the hotel offers etc. which we thought was odd! Carpets in the corridors were worn and grubby, it all felt a bit 'un loved'!

I know it is an old building, and it has great character, but I feel it could be so much better!
It is in a great location, right on the river next to the loch. The dining room has picture windows right round and great views. There are tables outside on a balcony and also down next to the river.

The food for dinner was really very good. We had 3 courses on both nights, lots to choose from, all well cooked, presented and delicious! The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Buffet laid out to help yourself. A small plate of sliced melon, a few boxes of cereals, porridge, and some of the usual hot choices and juices. It was very ordinary, nothing special!

I think there are 3 bars that we found! One on the way to the restaurant, one underneath the restaurant and another one which seemed to serve bar snacks in the front of the hotel! If only there had been some room info, we may have had more idea what was on offer!

Wi-fi only seems to be available in some areas of the hotel, but it is free which is good.

I would stay here again, and recommend others to stay here.
