This is a gem of a place in the out skirts of Twyford. Lots of room to explore the vineyards, children can have a little run around with out disturbing people wanting a quiet drink in the garden/vine yards. Good selection of English wines and great service

As this place is local to where we live I felt obliged to check it out and more importantly check out the wine. Tried a bottle of the red, white and rose and was hugely underwhelmed by all. They all lacked body, particularly the rose which was very disappointing. I really wanted the wines to be a success but they weren't. I wont be buying again unfortunately which is a real shame. I love the idea of having a local grower and wine maker just down the road - but not to be

We visited Stanlake Park as part of a hen weekend. A group of 20 of us were taken on a really interesting tour of this working vineyard, tasting Stanlake Park's finest produce as we went. Highly recommended tour, informative and really tasty wine!

What better thing to do when in the company of thirty or so accountants then to turn to a vineyard and "taste" a selection of locally grown & made english wines? Even better when there is a such a wide selection of grape varieties to sample, either as single varietals or blended. I counted sixteen different varieties, including many selected for their suitability for the English climate: Ortega, Muller Thurgau, Seyval, Schongurger, Ehrenfelser, Siegerrebe, Madeleine Angevine, Bacchus, Regner & Scheurebe (there may have been more) as well as some of the rather more well known "international" varieties commonly seen in the high street. All available for tasting in the shop or in the very pleasant grounds and for purchase at not unreasonable prices given the quality. The stars of the show for me were the champagne method wines and the Stanlake Brut, a champagne in all but geography, with the finest mousse of tiny delicate bubbles that I can remember from either side of the channel.

Visited to buy some lovely local wine last weekend and had delightful glass of wine in the gardens whilst eating cheese and biscuits. Perfect! Peter and staff are always helpful and on hand to let you try before you buy. It's always my first call for buying wine - and their champagne is delicious and really well priced!
