Beautiful boutique B&B right on the banks of the loch with fabulous views, sumptuous accommodation - this is no ordinary B&B!
We only spent one night here and would have changed our plans has we been able to remain a further night, just to enjoy the place.
Would most definitely return should I even return to the Highlands. Highly recommend for anyone wanting calm and peace.

Room Tip: All rooms are luxuriously furnished with doors/windows right on the banks of Loch Ness.

We were two couples starting a week long tour of the Highlands and our first stop was at this B&B and I can only say that we would have loved to have stayed longer. All of the amenities were first class and the setting was unbelievable. This together with the attention to detail of our lovely hosts made for a fabulous overnight stay. We had supper along the road at the Dores Inn which was lovely too. Back to the setting - right by the Loch - could have sat there with our bottle of wine for hours if our time had allowed. Do not hesitate to stay here - you will remember the experience forever.

Room Tip: We enjoyed ground floor as we were able to step out into the grounds but there are fabulous rooms uo...

Our first family visit to Scotland was made very special by Fiona and john and their lovely b & b. Clean spacious family room, wonderful location, charming hosts and excellent breakfasts ( Fiona's homemade granola is a must). Very knowledgeable about their part of Scotland and very keen to promote it. Fantastic short break..only wish it could have been longer.

The accomodations were excellent! Our private balcony overlooked Loch Ness and we spent the evening sipping wine and watching the most beautiful sunset! The owner told us that this was their first full season open... We wouldn't have guessed based on the high level of service we received! Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

This is an amazing place. The rooms are large and tastefully furnished and have everything you could need. What makes this place amazing however is its secluded and idyllic place on Loch Ness. I don't imagine there's anywhere else on the loch that is quite as peaceful with such amazing views, yet it's only about a mile outside Dores (which has a brilliant cosy pub that serves great food - book ahead).

John and Fiona were friendly and attentive hosts from the welcome to the time we left. I would heartily recommend this place to friends, families, couples and people just wanting to get away from the tourist hustle and bustle on the other sides of Loch Ness.

Room Tip: All the rooms have loch views. The downstairs rooms have decking from which you can walk down to the...
