We had such a brilliant time staying at the annexe. When we arrived Debbie had prepared some cream tea. The attention to detail was fantastic. We will be definitely returning as blown away by the high quality accommodation which made as feel - home from home. Thank you Debbie x
Lovely annexe clean and well equipped a really peaceful haven, Debbie and Derek were very friendly without being intrusive lovely welcome pack of goodies too.
homely and lovely private, sheltered courtyard to sit. views of the axe from bedroom and sea from other window didn't want to leave! definitely visit again.
Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Lots of thoughtful extras provided e.g., tea, coffee, milk, sugar, to start you off.
The bedroom and en-suite are quite small but the kitchen and sitting room are perfectly adequate. Also, the utility room with washing machine and dryer is a bonus when weather is wet.
Debbie and Derek have obviously considered carefully everything you might need.
The Annexe is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac with beautiful views of the hills and sea. There is a good size well equipped kichen/diner and access to an immaculately kept garden via patio doors from the lounge. The cottage is extremely light and airy with lots of hot water for the weiry walkers shower! Seaton and Beer are both within easy walking distance and well worth a visit. Debbie & Derek are excellent hosts and we would like to say an enormous thank you to them for their hospitality. We do hope to see you again.
Beautiful annexe, very clean and comfortable. In a great location for Seaton and the surrounding area. Debbie and Derek were very friendly and welcoming. the cream & jam scones were an added bonus.
We have stayed in the Annexe a number of times. Debbie and Derrick always give you a warm welcome and are very helpful and accommodating to your needs. The cottage is well equipped and cosy, also having your own entrance. It is in a lovely elevated position within a 10 minute walk to the beach and shops. Beer is the next village along and also in walking distance. Perfect area for walkers.
Will be back again in march for the Grizzly run.
We have stayed in the Annexe 3 times now and are looking forward to our stay in May 2017. There is always a friendly welcome from Debbie and Derek and the cream tea on arrival was an added bonus. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and has everything and more needed to make a self catering holiday complete. It's ideally situated for exploring East Devon and you can walk to the town or seafront where there is a large Tesco to cater for all your needs. The annexe is situated just off the Beer Road and a walk via the coastal path to Beer is a must despite being a bit steep in places
