This restaurant was a lifesaver. We arrived in town late in the evening and they were the only restaurant at which an order could still be made after 9. The food was delicious. The service was delightfully polite and friendly. Very clean and comfortable.

Must have been about 15 time over the years, never a bad meal. The guy is very interesting and his service is personal.
Over all the food is good. Its location is good and I would give it a try

We went here for a takeaway as our local was closed for refurbishment. This was our first visit to this indian. Our usual meal costs £20, the same meal here was £35 !!!!
My Chicken Byrani was greasy with overcooked onions that were hard, the cashew nuts were black and burnt. The popadoms were soft not crispy and generally the food was poor and terribly expensive.
I will never go back.

We used to use this restaurant a lot but as it was so small, we tired of it.

After trying other restaurants in the Hexham area, we decided to revisit it. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that this little jewel in Corbridge was refurbished and is looking very nice indeed.

However, the tables are crammed very close together and when a large party of about 12 arrived, we could hardly hear ourselves speak what with the Indian music and their chatter. We decided to go home for coffee.

Although the restaurant is lovely, the toilets have not been revamped and are in serious need of doing so. The old fashioned peach/pink tiles with holes in - where mirrors have been moved merits one point knocked off.

The food was o.k. but not what we were expecting, maybe a change of management or chefs?

The two men enjoyed their curries but I found the tandoori chicken tikka starter and tandaoor king prawns somewhat disappointing.

May visit this restaurant again on a week night and have a curry.
