We booked this as a cheap stopover on the way back from our ski trip. It was certainly cheap- but I guess you get what you pay for! The room was small, shabby and smeeled of smoke. The bathroom smelled mouldy and the hotel is on a rough looking industrial estate. The fire alarm at 11pm, with loss of electricity was a worry- there were no staff on site and everyone just milled around until the alarm went off. You hear every flush in the whole hotel with the noisy plumbing and every word on the landings as the doors close badly.
Pay 20euros more and stay somewhere like an Ibis in my opinion!

We stayed one night while travelling to Dunkirk from the Loire Valley. We were travelling with a 11month old baby and had our own travel cot and wanted to visit the Palace of Versailles which was a 20 minute or so drive away.
This chain is a motel style and it is quite obvious from their website that they are not a hotel! The room was as we expected i.e. simple, clean and no frills. We paid very little money for this stay and got what we paid for. The room was clean and the bedding was clean and fresh. The shower in the bathroom cubicle was odd but fine for a our needs of a quick stopover. The shutters over the window helped us to sleep longer and the motel wasn't at all noisy. The tv and lights worked fine and we were happy with our stay - it was very good value.
We had the breakfast and this was good and typically french. We had choice of bread, hot drinks, orange juice, cereal, compote and yoghurt. Bowls for cereal were small but you could easily help yourself to more because it was an all you could eat buffet. We found it again good value because we would have struggled to find anything local to eat. The is however within a few minutes drive down the motorway a Flunch restaurant attached to an Auchan which is ideal for quick and cheap food, and the reception drew me a map of how to get there for our evening meal.

Arrived late at night and the external terminal wouldn't accept my UK credit cards so had to ring the bell to speak to the receptionist to check in. The hotel is really a motel with all room doors external. Once in the room, I was rather suprised how small the room was. The bathroom (shower room) is the size you would find in a mobile home (and of an all-in-one plastic moulded construction - which wasn't very clean either). The lighting was extremely poor and it isn't possible to work in the room - and there is no phone (although there is free wifi). Breakfast consists of a few rolls, toast or pieces of french bread with jam and percolated coffee. There is also orange juice a yoghurts but nothing cooked - and not even croissant (which seem mandatory in France everywhere else).
Finally, the need for earplugs. This is because there is a railway (more like a goods shunting yard) barely 25m from the rear of the building - so expect to hear the first train rattle the room door at about 5am and every ten mins thereafter. It only costs 40 Euros - you barely get what you pay for.
