I am literally lost for words to describe this restaurant! The service was non-existent, staff running about doing absolutely nothing to make for a comfortable dining experience. On arrival we were sat down for 35 mins before I had to ask to order. Drinks ordered we then had to wait another 10 mins to yet again ask to order food. I'm sorry but for a minute there I thought I was the customer. No complaints regarding the food. Bottle of peroni ordered poured clumsily into the glass, half of which was froth. The conclusion to this meal is quite simple- bad staffing and management who were getting irrate with each other in my eye sight. Resent having to pay for this dining experience on our weekend break away to London. 25/11/2011
