The staff at the Radisson Blu St Helen's Hotel provided a degree of attentiveness and quality service unsurpassed in previous events. The preparation and delivery of conference facilities, food and beverage services and technical support proved exceptional. The delegates feedback on the venue told it's own story as it very much complimented to the overall success of the day.
Throughout the event any issue or request demanded of the staff was handled professionally and expeditiously and expectations were very much exceeded.
This will certainly not be the last time I use this venue for such a key event.

I attended a one day conference here. The hotel was amazing: They managed to keep it clean, we were given a beautiful lunch and we were treated with care. I could not have wished for any more! Excellent hotel - 5 star quality!

We stayed in this hotel sat the 31st march 10 ladies for my mother,s birthday.
we all had beauty treatments which everyone enjoyed and all the beauticans were v friendly especially Keava who was v helpful .
The hotel is not 5 star standard more like a 4.
The food and service in the restaurant was terrible .The food was plain and tasteless and the service was v slow we got our main courses and had to ask for our vegetables and extras so was waiting 5 mins.
The breakfast was v dissapointing also we had to ask for tea and toast 3 times which is v unacceptable service.
I was v dissapointed with the service as this is suppose to be a 5 star hotel wont not be returning of reccomending this hotel.

This hotel is some way out of central Dublin and there is not so much of interest in close proximity. The building and garden are nice and the hotel has a good conservatory bar. Rooms are acceptable if a little worn around the edges. Have stayed few times and the hotel feels under staffed and therefore service not at level of a 5 star hotel . The service is not bad, just staff are bit stretched. Less good is the restaurant which serves very ordinary food and the breakfast choice is a bit limited.

I spent 4 nights here in February 2012, alone on business. I booked a Junior Suite, which was spacious, but strangely shaped. The bed was large and very comfy, with quality bedding etc.
At breakfast on the first morning it was apparent they didn't do kippers, so I emailed the hotel, and by the next morning - guess what, they had kippers, (just for me). Now in anyones book - that's good service, thanks!!
In the suites you also get one free blockbuster movie per night, so over my 4 nights, I watched 4 decent films from the comfort of my room.
Be aware, the hotel is not in Dublin city centre, but the location suited me just fine.
