Quaint but with modern film showing equipment. Interesting movie memorabilia in the lobby.

The Kinema is unique piece of Woodhall Spa's history since 1921, the kinema is like walking into a museum lined with old photos of the Spa's hay day, also it has all the latest films. We always enjoy an evening there.

We visited the kinema in the woods for the first time at the weekend , what a treat not only was it the first time in years we had been to the cinema and the film was great , but the kinema was a hidden gem.
You are transported back in time to the golden age of cinema in this what can only be described
as one of a kind experience, still as it was in the 1940-50 with i am led to be leave the last rear projection screen anywhere
There are things to see every where , art deco features, wall murals, old movie posters, etc
as well as a Compton organ .which sometimes plays at the interval as well as special recital days
And to top it all be leave it or not its a multi plex with to screens offering a chose of films
a great time for young & old , planning to take a dear friend who is 95 when he next visits us
and will be going back when ever we can

Caxton house

1 of a kind, a real novelty. In the main screen there is an intermission and the organist comes up from below the screen and gives a great rendition.
