“Very good meal in a lovely setting”
Reviewed 4 July 2014

We had a very good meal at The Brasserie in July 2014. They have a new chef with delicious food and a good choice on the menu. The setting in fab whether you eat inside or out, we ate outside on the terrace with views to the sea and over the golf course. A hidden gem just off the Casares road opposite Casares del Sol where we were staying.

“visit to remember”
Reviewed 23 May 2014

we went here after our waitress in another restuarant recomended it and we were very surprised at the location but the food was good, the drinks were plentyful and the lady who runs is (anita!) is very charming and acomodating. she could tell us lots about the area and we will return and have recomended other guests in our hotel to have a look to. it is about 10 minutes from the hotel by car, but a lovely journey along the coast.

“Great views, brilliant service & lovely food!”
Reviewed 20 May 2014 via mobile

Beautiful location with sea & mountainous views which are simply stunning! A contemporary stylish decor with a very relaxed informal atmosphere which is friendly & welcoming; the service is great & they really can't do enough for you. Great mix of background music & a live Singer performed throughout Sunday lunch which was an extra nice touch. Great for a quick snack, a lovely meal or just drinks & they also have a range of tapas available which are all delicious although I would like the variety to change more frequently as the same selection becomes a little monotonous every day! The Sunday lunch was exceptional value at under €20 for three courses, although we would like to see the plates warmed & the main meal served slighter hotter, was slightly tepid, hence only four stars but even so was still beautifully presented & very enjoyable. This place is definitely worth a try & very much like a home from home.

“Delicious food! ”
Reviewed 21 April 2014 via mobile

The place is decorated beautifully and has a really lovely, homely feel to it but at the same time is also very clean and modern. The food is delicious- I definitely prefer the cheap tapas over the a la carte though. I highly recommend the chicken satay! I had one terrible meal there where I poured the balsamic vinegar over my tricolore salad and tons of little dead flies came out- they apologised and offered me something else but I had been put off- apart from this incident I really recommend this restaurant!
