If you are not shy of spending quite a great deal more than usual and are fans of Japanese style cuisine.. then this is a must.
There are two menus, first of which is traditionial Japanese, and the other fused with Mediterranean flavours. we went for this option at around 120 euros a head without wine.
Every dish was beautifully served and presented by discreet but friendly staff. Restaurant itself had a nice feeling and ambiance to it .where each table have full view of the chefs working in the open kitchen.
It was a wonderfull dining experience, the only thing that I found slightly over the top were the
prices for drinks, but it is a first class hotel and the prices reflect that, but my glass of cava at 12 euros would have been justified if they had at least filled the glass...and the same for a glass of wine that was a " tasting" amount!! ..coffee only 6 euros a pop though!?!
Anyway.... apart from extreme pricing will be going back next year.
