When we arrived the check in was a nightmare , it just took forever . Maybe after last year with euro camp we were spoilt by the personal attention on a smaller site but unless we visited the euro camp base I don't remember being seen as I was told that the animation team would call and let us know about the kids club well this never happened.
To me the site is far too big and such little English is spoken by the staff at the camp ( this excludes the eurocamp staff who all spoke perfect English ).
However the local knowledge of the staff I found to be poor ,when I asked regarding a local market I was told on the day the one on was in lave be about 40 min drive away when we got there no market as it only starts in July and on the last but one day we found a daily local market in vieux becaou. The swimming pool area was really good ( beware not much shade for very small children) for all ages a good point to remember when booking if you have smaller children make sure you get a pitch near the action. When using the pool here you must wear tight type shorts and not normal shorts like we wear on the uk it does mention this in the eurocamp brochure but I missed it .
Again if I had very young kids I would think twice as none of the caravans have AC and at tines our unit was stifling .
All in all we had a great time but I don't think we would return but we will use eurocamp again and are already looking at Spain for next year .
