The village of Locronan boast being one of the most beautiful villages in France . I guess that is right, although I can imagine that list is quite long !!
The place is a little enchanted gathering of typical Bretagne Stone houses , and walking around its narrow and flowers-filled streets is just a pleasure .
We visited the place in September, so there were not many people around . If you plan to visit, you might want to avoid high season periods, as I cannot imagine the experience being such a great one when you are bumping into another visitor every second .
Just walk around the place, and look for the pastry and chocolate shop in the Church square . It is a treat, just like the village is .
