This hotel and all the staff are very dear to us as the welcome they give is so friendly. The views are stunning and picture postcard and take your breath away. The rooms are light, large and airy, spotlessly clean with fantastic views of the bay towards Sorrento and Naples. The food is authentic Italian, there is plenty of it and the waitors are very attentive without being intrusive. The bar has amazing views over the bay and together with the beautifully served drinks, the romantic music, at weekends live, gives the holiday makers the feeling of romance, love, optimism and pleasure.
I came on a coach trip for the first time to this hotel 4 years ago and have returned each year privately first with my son, then with my beloved partner and friends. I think the hotel and surrounding area is a little bit of Italian heaven. There is a regular bus service running to Sorrento and then Amalfi but this year we were brave and hired a car. It was great fun and a very positive experience.
All the staff at the Panorama Palace, the reception staff, waitors, cleaners, bar staff all give a first class service and are helpful, kind, knowledgeable and always extend a warm welcome. Returning now feels like coming home. Nothing is too much trouble for their guests, from summoning a doctor to mending sunglasses.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It...This hotel and all the staff are very dear to us as the welcome they give is so friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It is not your usual fish and chips or cooked bacon and egg breakfast choice but if you are wanting rest and relaxation with stunning views, authentic tasty and perfectly cooked and presented Italian and Neapolitan cuisine then this is the place. Meals are served at your table, there is no awful queueing and buffet and after your stay you feel well fed, rested and sad to be leaving this gem of a place.
I have travelled to many places in the world and this is very dear to my heart and will always be my favourite.More
