We stayed a week in the river hotel as part of our honeymoon and what a wonderful experience it was. Beautiful clean rooms with modern bathrooms and large French doors leading out on to a spacious balcony overlooking the river. There was hot water no matter when you need it, this seems basic but is actually not as common as you might expect in Turkey. The owners were pleasant but not intrusive. The food is really something special, I advised I was vegetarian and got a different dish every night. My husband had the meat dishes and they looked so good even I was tempted! The breakfast selection was great, lots of bread, cheese, pastries and of course tea. The surroundings were out of this world, It seems like a tropical paradise, a world away from some other Turkish resorts that Turkey is unfortunately too often judged by. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with beautiful surroundings in a quiet location with plenty interesting places to visit nearby then this is the place for you. It is so much more than your usual predictable beach holiday, Adrasan has charm and it's own unique vibe. We were so sad to leave the hotel with it's resident ducks (and ducklings) that we shared our breakfast with every morning but we reminded ourselves that Adrasan will still be there next year, hopefully nothing will have changed except for perhaps a new generation of ducklings.

This place is amazing in every way if you are looking for a quiet relaxing break. The staff and manager at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. The best food on our two weeks of travelling around turkey. The only regret we have is not staying longer but we will definately return.

Excellent restaurant in the river is the most relaxing experience in this region, close to hiking trails, a quiet beach, and the ruins of Olympus.
Staff are wonderful, local food and wines excellent, but the ducks and fish swimming around your tables in the river over long breakfasts is a hard to beat experience.

Room Tip: Allow at least an extra day . . you won't regret it.

Stayed here for 6 nights. Very good vegetarian food and cheerful friendly helpful staff.Excellent hot showers in rooms.Ducks are a bit overwhelming if its possible for a duck to be so but highly recommend. opposite is the Geledonya which has a good clean pool surrounded by a pretty selection of flowering plants and an orange orchard.you can swim here if the beach gets too hot but you need to buy a drink .wonderful ruins and the boat trip on Wednesdays from Adrisan beach was well worth going on as no horrible music and very good lunch and plenty of beach hopping for bathing .turkey is very lovely and still not too commercial

Room Tip: Balcony top floor has good aspect

Peace&quite is what i am looking for on holidays. River Hotel is where i found it. It is a family run hotel. Mom takes care of plants, son run the business etc... It is a sincere place so you can feel it easly.
More then avarage food, dining next to the river, listening and watching ducks, feeling the cool breeze (it was at the end of April, normally it is so hot down there), all worth staying.
Toilet in the was newly renovated so it was nice.

I wish room was larger...

If you are travelling along the coast West of Antalya by car(!) looking for small, hidden treasures like the Chimaera and Olympos, stay the night in Adrasan. Here you will find a tiny river that opens into a little bay on a gravel beach surrounded by steep, rugged mountains. Along the river are small hotels and pensions, one of them is River Hotel, www.riveradrasan.com. They had a family room for the four of us, two adults in a double bed and two kids in a bunk, with a nice, clean, newly renovated bath room. The staff was very friendly and English speaking. Highly recommendable.

We stayed here as part of an organised walking holiday. We walked from Cirali in about 7 hours and were suprised to find this little paradise. Kind owners, good rooms and delicious food in a very romantic setting. The homemade brown bread and apple pie was also appreciated. We hope to be back one day!
